Excellent customer service from Michelle. She was pleasant, friendly, caring and helped me choose several mattress for myself and mum that we absolutely love.

I was overwhelmed by all the different mattresses but Michelle walked me though the store and spent the time with me in order for me to purchase what was most suited for our needs

She made me feel welcome and under no pressure or obligation to purchase something. I don’t usually wright reviews, but on this occasion I really had to.

If I could give her more than 5 stars I certainly would. And I will be back to buy more items from the store just because of her wonderful customer service.

Excellent customer service from Michelle. As I'm moving out of home, I was unsure and overwhelmed by all the different beds and mattresses but Michelle walked me though the store offering advice and getting me to try a few options.

She made me feel welcomed and not under any pressure, offered a great deal on a bed and mattress package that I could not refuse and helped me out with a few extras to go with it.

On top of that helping pack the mattress into the car to take on the day.

After visiting at least 30 furniture stores over the past two weeks we finally found the bed we liked at Bevmarks Moorabbin. We were able to get the bed we liked made into a gaslift for an addition cost. We would like to thank Jo for her fantastic service. Jo was super friendly and super informative about the beds, mattresses and also pillows. Next time we need a bed we will start at Bevmarks so as not to waste time with all the others.

I want to share my experience with the general public regarding this store. I have major spinal problems and have just recently undergone very complex surgery. The service that I received from Mark (product specialist) was truly gold standard. Nothing was too much trouble for him and the staff at this store . He personally helped me take off and put my spinal brace back on after trying many models in the Seely range. After determining the mattress best suited to my needs Mark managed to ensure I received delivery as quickly as possible. I cannot give Bevmarks and in particular the Moorabbin DFO store my highest recommendation. If you are looking for product knowledge and superior customer service in comparison to other bedding stores I strong recommend you visit this store. I am sure you won’t be disappointed.

I was looking for a new mattress and a friend recommended me BevMarks, so I went to my closest shop. I want to praise the exceptional service that I received from Mark L, his professionalism, knowledge and guidance he provided me to select the right mattress for my needs. The mattress came on time(in one week), free of charge(for close range delivery) and with tracking number so I knew approximately the time of delivery. Highly recommended

The service my wife and I received by John Paul was exceptional! His knowledge and experience was second to none. John Paul and this store in particular gave " Good Old Fashioned Service" something that most businesses lack these days. To say we were impressed would be an understatement! Then add to that great products and plenty of choices. We cannot recommend this store highly enough and my short review doesn't really do it enough justice.

Product Review - Fantastic service during and phenomenal service 7 months after our purchase where we needed a strap repaired due to the removalist company breaking it. Mark went above and beyond for us, a reply email from Mark was sent within the hour of me sending any email, he organised directly with the supplier for our strap to be repaired Free of Charged and when photos were sent of the mattress, he provided his expert advise on how often we should be changing the mattress to ensure it has an even spread. Mark certainly takes prides in his job and goes above and beyond to ensure his customers remain happy. Thank you Mark for your outstanding service.

He is professional, has extensive product knowledge and he took the time to understand our needs and what we were looking for. He supported us in selecting the correct mattress and frame. Went into Bevmarks Moorabbin and met the lovely Jo, she was great to deal with. She knew exactly what to show us in a bed and mattress. The prices were great as well. She organised a package for us to save us some money. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased a Queen and King bed from BevMarks Moorabbin. Mark's knowledge of the different options to suit out needs was excellent. BevMarks customer service and value for money was also outstanding, we even had same day delivery! We are really happy with the beds and would highly recommend BevMarks.

My husband and I visited the store at Moorabbin and a lovely sales lady called Michelle served us and attended to all our needs even gave us an amazing price with everything we needed for our new king split adjustable base and mattresses with a beautiful white glove set up and rubbish removal they really made us feel so happy comfortable with our purchase we recommend you go see the lovely Michelle at Moorabbin such a kind lady
