I had the best customer experience served by Rebecca! She is so friendly and knowledgeable. I purchased a pair of safety boots, a high-vis vest and a work cap. She explained the products first, answered all my questions and nicely recommended the best choices when I was sitting on the fence about the size and the colors. Will be definitely back here.

The fella who looked after me, Theo, have new the best customer service i think I've ever had. I went in for a look, and after dealing with Theo, i ended up getting 3 Dixxon flannies.

I recently purchased a pair of Redbacks and I can safely say I had one of the best customer experiences here in recent memory. I didn't catch the name of the man who served me but he really made the experience worth every dollar spent on the shoes. Told me about the company, sized me perfectly and even shook my hand at the end of it. Will definitely be going back!!

Have been twice in the last year and highly recommend this shop for all workwear needs.
Every staff member that I’ve spoken with was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Super friendly too with even a couple of laughs between us, making it such a quick, smooth and enjoyable shopping experience which is rare these days unfortunately. Prices are competitive and they have a really good selection of women’s workwear in small sizes which is even more rare at the moment. Thanks guys!! Too good! See you again soon 😊🙌🙏

Was here in Melb from ADL for holiday, never knew ill be back home with steel cap boots instead of Jordans.
One of the boot caught my eye as i about to go pass the shop and staff went straight up to me gave me a hand, as he was walking to get my size, other bloke said “He’s the best..”, without telling them my size, he only need 1 look at my feet for 1 sec and accurately nailed my size, the boot (Mongrel) were comfortably as heck ngl. As Diesel Mechanic, after 4 pairs steelblues, olivers etc, finally found the right boot with the best cushioning and comfort.
And hey, aussie made so why not.
Walked around the mall and town with it on just to break it in.. after for about 5-6 hours mate no worries.. no ankle or knee pain

My other point is, staff members here were very helpful and nice. I’m an unbiased type of person but man this guy is different hah.
If you need a hand, speak to the guy name Con. Love his enthusiast very much. He explain it all, gave me all information that i needed.
Will definitely come back here to purchase another pair when i return hehe

Out of all of the shops in the DFO I went to, my experience here stood out the most by far. I was served by a wonderful gentleman named Con (according to my receipt) who went to the trouble of helping me choose work pants in different sizes and styles until I was happy. Incredibly friendly and professional service. I will certainly be back here for my work boots!

Staff and owner and absolutely wonderful. We are locals and visit all the time to get work clothes and stuff. Always friendly, always helpful and they always have the best range of stuff for both men's and women's wear!!
