I truly recommend Natural Grace- Libby, Barb and Jacqui all provided exceptional, wholistic and compassionate care to me and my mother at the most challenging time of our lives when we lost my beloved father Leon. They truly made us feel like we were part of their family and were exceptionally understanding, gentle and provided an excellent service which brought us comfort in our time of sorrow and grieving and made things more bearable. I would highly recommend the services of Natural Grace Holisitic Funeral Directors and would most definitely be using their kind services again when needed. I commend them on their excellent person and family centred compassionate care.

From the first telephone contact with Natural Grace I knew I had called the right place. Jacqui and the team at Natural Grace are the most compassionate and caring people. They helped our family plan the most beautiful memorial service for mum. They truly made a terrible time bearable with their care, support and guidance.

We were fortunate enough to have Robyn and Libby from Natural Grace help us organise a gathering after my wife passed away. We could not recommend their services more. They knew exactly when to step in to resolve problems and how to guide us gently through the process. And just as importantly, they knew when to step back to provide us space to grieve privately as a family. Because we were able to follow our own script, our farewell to my wife was incredibly healing for all of us.

A huge heart-felt thank you to Libby, Jacqui and the whole team at Natural Grace in Woodend for supporting my family through some of the toughest times in life. My beautiful brother Jamie chose Natural Grace for his after-life care knowing how compassionate, supportive and connected with nature Natural Grace is. We had witnessed their exceptional care and gentle compassionate guidance at previous celebrations of life of close friends but experiencing it first hand when Jamie died was such a comfort and truly honoured Jamie as the wonderful man that he was and is. Jacqui and Libby acknowledged our Scottish family traditions and incorporated that into Jamie's care. They allowed us to be a part of every step of the process and walked alongside us lovingly. To know that my big brother's body was in loving hands, being respectfully nurtured by those who also have a spiritual understanding of life and death put all of our minds at ease and allow us to now celebrate Jamie's life. The greatest gift I imagine we can give is love; the greatest honour... to lovingly nurture another being on their journey into or out of this physical world and it takes exceptional and gifted people to do both of these things with such grace. Thank you to Natural Grace for being the exceptional people that you are.

Jacqui showed extraordinary care and kindness throughout the whole process. It was the very opposite of a clinical, impersonal experience - I was truly blown away by her respect, compassion, capability and attention to detail. I had no idea this sort of funeral care existed - the space you have there is so welcoming and nurturing, exactly what is needed at a time of sorrow and grief. Thankyou.

I can never thank Jacqui and Libby enough for their patience, care and professionalism over the past week. They were calm and caring and were somehow able to wrangle our complex family communications and emotions. It felt like they were with us the whole way. We never felt like we were alone in this and their graceful patience gave us the confidence and courage to keep going. They helped us give Dad the sendoff he would have loved. They helped us as a family feel like, for the first time in a long time, that we could do something to help Dad. It was a powerful week for us. We grieved, we bonded, and we started to heal. This was largely due to Natural Grace enabling us to do this. We will never forget what Jaqcui did for us, our family and for Dad.

We would like to thank the staff at Natural Grace for their loving care of us when our father/husband passed away. This was a very sad time for us and the staff at Natural Grace were caring and understanding, they made the whole process easier by organising everything which took a great deal of pressure off us. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them.

There is so much about the care Natural Grace provided my wife that I could rave about. The result was a tender, natural and loving farewell that filled my family with love and peace. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Libby and her team looked after my sweet boy on the way no one ever would.
They keep children in separate rooms,which looks like if they were in their own bedroom at home in their own bed.
