Don't be afraid to ask for price match or further discounts. We found the outlet had a certain shoe model for $120 but online we could find it for $84 - manager price matched no issues. Some Nike high end running shorts and singlets were $20 in store and $90 online so we couldn't resist that as well as the shorts $84 online and $35 in store (same model).

Quite a few stores are a mix of outlet and full price rrp so be aware of that, just because it says outlet doesn't mean crazy cheap 😉

Very patient staff (Koh) - Bought a suit then refunded because I found another I liked more. Walked me through the entire alteration process with the best person for the job. Alterations were finished within 2 hours and were done to perfection.

I couldn't resist sharing the great time I had at YD while chasing chino dreams. Picture this: I walk in, and there's Ash, the chino wizard, making style recommendations like a fashion-savvy fairy She was cooler than a cucumber in Antarctica and as professional as a penguin in a tuxedo.

But the fun didn't stop there! The whole YD team was like a comedy troupe in designer clothes. They turned my shopping trip into a sitcom, and I left with chinos and a smile that could rival a stand-up show.

Hats off to Ash and the YD crew for turning shopping into an adventure. You guys are gold!

Popped in this morning for a coat, the two guys working there were amazing and friendly, especially Cameron who served me. Very energetic, engaging and just great to deal with. Now I came in for a coat, I left with 2 (couldn't say no to Cameron) and if I was there to spend more money I would have left with half the store. YD honestly has a great range especially when your 6'5 with long arms and slim built.
Cameron tailored his language and energy to mine which made the whole experience just easy, friendly and nice. I was more than happy to listen to his suggestions and try things on. And now I have a list of other items to try as well.
Customer service at its finest, as per my experience.
P. S. I have worked in retail for a decade and currently work in Project Management dealing with high profile and fussy clients. Cameron was amazing.

The management need to be more organise when the shops have sales during boxing day etc.
The shops need to let customers in every 10-15 mins. They need to tell customers make choices fast as every 10-15mins more people would come in. This would make the lines move faster not Q for few hours for one shop

Sony and Cameron are absolute legends,they are so helpful and so friendly. I had such an amazing experience with them. I'll come again and YD is in my favorite store list now. Higley recommended.

I mean please... The amount of helpfulness in this store by the 2 lovely ladies was nothing short of miraculous. Izzy had her customer service mojo going on and went above and beyond to ensure I had left there a satisfied customer. If you ever hear people say customer service is dead...bring them here. 6 stars.
