Was in Melbourne for holiday from NZ and hubby needed a new pair of thongs.
Salesman was lovely and had a good sense of humour.
He suggested an upgraded pair from what hubby was wearing.
We were very happy with our purchase,thankyou.

This store is the best place to buy Skechers in Melbourne. The most comfortable shoes ever. A fantastic selection of styles and colorways. Decent prices compared to the retail stores and a great range of sizes available. Excellent and friendly customer service every time.

Very good customer service. Didn't expect the salesgirl who helped us go find the best possible shoe we were after. It's another matter that we didn't buy the shoe in the end as we wanted to try a couple more brands. Of course, their product range has grown much more over the years.

Staff at DFO South Wharf are to be highly commended on their efficiency and attention to customer service. Even though it was the midst of the boxing day sales they had time for each and every customer. I was looked after like a queen and found exactly what I wanted. Will definitely visit again!

Hannah helped me this morning with finding the perfect pair of sandals and work shoes. I was looking for versatility, and Hannah did an amazing job suggesting footwear that would suit the criteria. Meanwhile, the store was quite busy but Hannah managed to attend to four people at once in a bubbly and professional manner. All staff appeared friendly and approachable!

I had the pleasure of coming into Skechers South Wharf today and was amazed by their customer service. I was helped by Daniel and Harry who made sure I was well looked after and I walked away with a couple pairs of shoes and some socks! James tried his best but I believe he is new and still learning the ropes however was very polite. Can't wait to come back and see his progression!

My experience was great, what with 3 grandkids under 5yo all trying for shoes! Staff are friendly. Sketchers are good quality shoes all my grandkids love it!

At the moment, good sale going on. Really good stuff. The shoes are soft and have good foam for a perfect arch. Best buy.
