Queens Cottage

Stayed in room 2 in Autumn, enjoyed a warm electric blanket & heating, as it was cold overnight. Very clean, excellent facilities including a pool with a beautiful view.

Beautiful khancoban picturesque the queens cottages are a fully serviced 4 star b&b. Very clean rooms, great continental brekky or you have the option of cooking your own. Quiet location stunning views with native wild life roaming. Highly recommend the queens cottages.

We called at last minute and they were very helpful, it is old but very clean, comfortable bed, great view and had peaceful verandah to chill... takes me back to staying at grandma's place

High quality accommodation in the sticks - with a lovely plunge pool overlooking an beautiful valley, with the mountains nicely silhouetted by the sunset - so good! 😊

Beautiful old style place with an interesting history. Full of memorabilia of Queen Elizabeth and the royals
The Queen rested and changed here during her visit in the fifties to the Snowies and the hydro scheme
We arrived late in a day tired. I loved the so warm pool and the views while husband played piano. Hope to return again soon

Great view of the valley

It was a little upsetting to see how unkept the place was, such as the gardens around the "Cottages" and lawns out the back, there was a musty smell throughout the building, and also finding a "DEAD" White Tail Spider in a towel. Overall the price is very steep for the quality and what is given within the price range.

Views really good but nothing else was a positive. Room smelt bad, carpets were dirty, bedding and towels were ancient and some were stained, only 1 wine glass (ok for me but....), all tea/coffee stuff shoved in a jar without care, towel rack coming off wall, room was not attended to between days, room didn't feel welcoming.

Place has potential, just needs some care put into it.

This facility is in dire need of maintenance. It is run down, showers leak, hot water wasn’t working. I don’t recommend staying here

Contacted via email, multiple phone calls and texts, only to be ignored. This is not the first time either. Will be taking my business elsewhere, to someone who actually deserves it.
