Khancoban Visitor Centre

Good to get your National Parks Pass from before you venture in. Nice selection of souvenirs etc.
Handy clean toilet located outside that always seems to be unlocked after hours. Never know when you need to go.

Very good information centre. Small in size but yet it still manages to pack in all the information you could ever need.
Small range of brochures and souvenirs but does have a very well done miniature model of the mountains.
There is also a device charging station that provides what seemed like every charging chord possible. This is free to use.
The staff member here was more than willing to help us out and provide us with all the information that we needed.
This information centre also has a toilet which seemed to be kept in a good clean condition.

Stopped by here to grab my national park pass and also have a break from the long drive. Very friendly and helpful staff giving me tips and information on travelling in this beautiful area of Australia. Thanks!!?

Stopped by to learn more about both the area and the Snowy Hydro. They were so friendly and helpful, and very knowledgeable about the Snowy Hydro. Had an amazing run through of the Hydro and it's technology and daily running, very fascinating!

The lady who was working was a wealth of knowledge and very helpful and friendly. We purchased out national Park car permit here.

The Ranger there was very helpful, cheerful and an amazing person. She guided me extremely well and made us aware of the conditions on the road ahead and speed checks.

What a nice surprise on a cold freezing day ... fire was going, the staff were very natural and considerate seeing I had stepped off my motorcycle and was really road weary.. thanks for helping me relax and thaw out with excellent coffee

Wonderfully informative; especially about the Snowy Hydro scheme (as both Murray 1 & Murray 2 visitors centres are currently closed).

Beautiful little building, lovely staff member helped me and bought some tasty local honey and chutney.

Must visit place for all details for look out place... Also you can buy National park Pass from there which is a must if you are stopping anywhere around that area..
