Dishonest. Run.

Was having an allergic reaction to steroid cream- told the doctor and he disregarded my reaction and told me to keep using the cream.
That night, I was in agony from using the cream again.
This is medical gaslighting at its finest and it needs to STOP within the industry. You need to listen to your patients.

My mum called up in relation to his mistakes. He charged us $60 for that 4 minute phone call. When I spoke to the receptionist about it and queried it, her arguing tone was vicious & she also laughed at me like I was being unreasonable- despite the phone call being about the doctor’s mistakes.

You misdiagnosed me, I ended up in hospital and with a great deal of agony, worsening of the condition, more problems due to the cream and extreme mental suffering. I also lost the use of my right hand as the cream got into my bloodstream. It’s getting better but has lost strength and it seems like the loss of strength is for good.

Dr. Chesney, how dare you treat me like this. You’re one of the worst doctors I have ever come across. Money seems more important than people’s lives- We are not experiments, we are not items on a profitable production line. We, as patients, are actual human beings.

Doctors need to stop prescribing steroid cream as their first port of call when they are unsure of what they are dealing with. If in doubt, refer the patient on to someone who knows what they are dealing with.

First, do no harm.

Reception staff and rude and unhelpful, I have been trying to book an appointment for the past two week and have been hung up on on numerous occasions, been promised a phone call back and have not received one. if you are able to book an appointment with a doctor here do so but be ready for some harsh and rude receptionist.

The receptionist on the day was very unhelpful 27/5/22 trying ask about a repeat script for my mum and was told l will ask the Doctor ( never assume )!!!! l was thinking she was going to ask to Doctor straight away so l could organise pick up of scripts or make an appointment. I am still none the wiser. Poor service for a medical practice!

Rude receptionist. Doctor forgot important information on an invasive test and tried to pass the blame. The other party were not happy and provided evidence that the test was not filled out correctly by doctor. I understand doctors make mistakes but it's important to own them not stuff the patient around for multiple days and your made to feel like you are bothering them.
