I've used this place for petrol for over 20 years and I've never had a problem. I'd ignore the racist rants further down the page. I live locally and the prices here are usually cheaper than other nearby stations, bar one.

Staff are always so friendly and helpful, and the new 7/11 app makes filling up with fuel so much better and cheaper!

Lots of choices in store.
Store is clean.
Car wash on site.

Update your staff so they can understand in app shopping better. if shoping in app is for easy of customer it should be in that way, neither it should be hard for customer.

This station is not recording credit card transactions correctly - my bank records show the transactions being processed in Baking Board QLD, which automatically prompts a fraud alert. I've just wasted 1/2 hour sorting it out with the bank.

Why do I have to wear a mask but the attendant doesn't???

I have had my kids ripped off several times with their slurpies. Tonight I had the wrong bag size of lollies put in the wrong aisle. Charged incorrectly & no change was given.
This is not the first time I’ve had bad customer service for my children.
So unhappy with this. Please train your staff better.

My son picked up an empty gas bottle by mistake. Next day I told him to return and explain his made a mistake. Lady dismissed him even if he showed the bank receipt from the day prior.
I've done this at bunnings and they said it happens (with a smile) and they let me pick-up the correct bottle.

Seeing the other reviews for this place it's all starting to make sense now.
The customer is always wrong attitude won't get you far guys.

Not a motorbike friendly place - they insisted I remove my helmet before letting me to top up. My helmet is modular but even popping it up with my whole face clearly visible didn't convince them.

Terrible customer service and always refuse to apply any special deal on the app. If this place is not surrounded by schools, parents would have a better option.

Worst customer service ever, the guy at the till should not be in a customer facing business. No manners and extremely rude. I usually don’t put negative reviews this is the second time it has happened. Though it’s the closest gas station to my place, I would not be going here again.
