I’m delighted to commend Krista at Chemist Warehouse Mernda Junction SC, Tenancy 12/1435 Plenty Rd, Mernda VIC 3754, for her outstanding service this morning, November 25, 2023.

Despite my usual purchase of Celtic salt in Prahran, which is too far for me, and unsuccessful attempts at Coles and Safeway, I went to get Blackmore Fish oil from Chemist Warehouse and, just out of curiosity, asked Krista if you sell Celtic salt. She was very polite and replied that they don’t stock it. She could have moved on, but to my surprise, she was keen to help me find it and searched on the register computer to see which shops sell it. I have never experienced such excellent customer service. Krista went above and beyond by helping me locate the salt in nearby shops.

This exceptional customer service deserves recognition, and I want to ensure Krista’s commendable efforts don’t go unnoticed. I’ll share my positive experience with friends and family, encouraging them to choose Chemist Warehouse Mernda Junction.

Since they opened, I have had nothing but wonderful service from both the Pharmacists and all the staff. Genevieve Saleh is one of the staff who has exceptional customer service skills. So personable and friendly and efficient. Aaron too, is such a pleasure to deal with; its actually so nice to go into a store (pharmacy) and be greeted and treated so well!

I arrived 30 minutes early for my flu injection naturally expecting to have to wait until my alloted time but the chemist Ali put me through straight away. He was very friendly and we had a good conversion during the lead up to the injection. This is not my local area but I will gladly drive the extra distance in appreciation of the good service I received. Thank you Ali ... Paul

Big thanks to the CW Mernda Junction vaccination team. Just had a five-star experience getting my COVID Booster shot there. Easy booking process, plenty of reminders, no waiting, no hassle and best of all the pharmacist administrating the vaccine (Elahe) had done it so well I didn't feel a thing.
Overall great experience, delighted to have you guys in the neighbourhood.

I'm pretty happy with this place. Big, clean, new and the staff come to you to offer help.
Only problem is parking in peak times. Besides that. Good to go.
And not that this should count, but it does for me. Mernda Kebabs are around the corner. Pfffft, win, win.

My doctor prescribed a wrong medicine today and Elahe (one of the most polite pharmacist I ever met) after asking me a couple of questions noticed the mistake and explained it patiently. God knows how long I was supposed to use the wrong Medicine if she did not catch the mistake. Humeyya (another knowledgeable and helpful pharmacist) talked to the doctor and arranged the rest.
I always had a good experience with Chemist staff in Mernda Junction but my today's experience was extraordinary.

Ali is really professional, helpful and friendly. Always courteous, caring and knowledgeable with our special needs son and takes extra time to explain things and is not dismissive. Would highly recommend coming here! Thanks Ali, you’re doing a great job!

Going here 4 years the whole teams a step above most with politeness, customer care and very comunicable .. A prompt dispense service even doe its so busy always .. but it's busy because customers know where the good spots are .. Ali's a legend 🙌 👏

This is the best pharmacy I've had the pleasure of being cared for in. Every other pharmacy in the area pales in comparison to this one. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful with any query I have. The wait times are very manageable as well even though they can get quite busy sometimes. Big shoutout to ali the manager who runs his shop extremely well!
