Shame that the lady working here thought it was acceptable to tell us that we would need to fluff up the sofa after sitting on it. She then started telling us how part of her job was to fluff up cushions after people sit on them. Her bad attitude forced us out of the store. Interesting that a person should not sit on the sofas in a sofa store. Great way to lose potential customers.

Promise everything I want before the payment. After that, nothing can do customers.
