Excellent customer service from phone staff regarding our enquiry on a Ezyzap product. The assistant was able to answer all queries we had about a particular product, sourced that it was in stock in South Melbourne which meant I could collect it today. Nisbets is clean, well set out and well-stocked. It was easy to negotiate the aisles. Jess and Leon were really helpful and left what they were doing to help me find exactly what I wanted. All staff were friendly. I don't know why there are so many negative reviews on their website. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for catering and hospitality items.

Service is lovely. All staff are knowledgeable and help you out the best they can. We had bought a bench that was scratched and they dealt with it amazingly, so empathetic and resolved the issue quickly. They have almost about everything so it’s great for any type of food business to get all of your things in the one place. Would love more variety on the serving dishes but other than that I know we are in good hands when we go to Nisbets.

Good store but it is quite not convenient to go with tram because there are only bus or drive by car service is good and cheap price
