Had a issue with a mini belt sander we bought. Died after 2days 26/08/2023. Took back to store and was sent off for inspection . After a few visit back to store , finally got refund sorted today

Received a buckaroo tool belt as gift for Christmas and was the incorrect size, went in to exchange for the right size and the service was a breeze. Very understanding and helpful crew, definitely would recommend. Thanks guys, Merry Xmas!

I give it five stars! Although there was a slight discrepancy between the online inventory and the actual products in stock, Salesperson George Arhontis stepped up without hesitation, going above and beyond to ensure I got what I needed. I won't think twice about returning to Total Tools South Melbourne to spend my money in the future.

Billy was a legend, great service, will 100% be returning just for that.

Well…let me just say. This is the store you need to visit for anything trade related but the customer service you will receive here is above and beyond anything I have seen or experienced in any other trade service. Joe the manager here is an absolute champion in his own rights. Joe took care of an issue I had recently and provided a no fuss resolution that both made me as a customer feel appreciated and also supported my business and production. This is what stores should be doing to support their customers and their business. We support you Joe and if I ever need anything trade tools related. I’ll be calling Joe and his store in Melbourne and ordering directly as I know I will be taken care of 100% no matter what. Thank you Joe and thank you to trade tools Melbourne.

I had to take my table saw back to Total Tools Sth Melb, it had a couple of in warranty issues that the team facilitated for the manufacturer. (Dewalt) The saw came back minus the blade it went away with - the customer service was outstanding, thanks to Izzy, the blade was reinstated. They couldn't have been more helpful. Thanks very much - highly recommended.

Best tool shop in the area, my personal favourite branch as well!! Staff are very friendly and helpful, they will always go the extra mile to help and assist. Always getting the best advice for my next job. Store is fully stocked all the times with all professional brands and prices are unbeatable. Best deals, highly recommend!!

What a great store! My fiance and I broke down on the side of the road on our way to a job, which resulted in a 20 minute walk to this store to buy items we needed to fix the problem.
We were helped out by Darren on the floor, who helped us get what we needed quickly, and efficiently! (A Bahco jack, portable air compressor, and left handed easy outs).
The stores other team member David was an absolute LEGEND!!, and drove us back to our car to save us the walk with a heavy item.
We made a couple of new friends today, and won't hesitate to come back into this store should we be in the area and need anything else.
