Great place to get stuff. Dog friendly place, Nick knows whatever I want he just gets it for me even before I enter the store. Nice and friendly service by Nick and Phil.
P.S. Nick always have treats for dogs.

Great little place. There for when you need a drink, or a can of dog food. Only negative is that they don't take tips haha.

Sadly they sell expired products and the fresh goods aren’t fresh (I have a feeling they turn the fridge off at night) as things like yoghurt and milk tastes off even if the expire date hasn’t passed. Seems like few people have complained about the expired items.

Purchased loratidine (10 tabs) from Urban Hub @ Medibank. I had to use twice the recommended dose for my allergies and found out why. The medications were expired. The store manager reluctantly offered a pack of 5 tablets, saying I had already used some tablets, but relented when I insisted on getting something equivalent, 10 tabs of cetirizine. Dismissive behaviour on part of the store manager.

Tired of you advertising your opening hours and then closing early; persistently. I live very very close but will walk slightly further to IGA and not spend any money with you. And will encourage others to do the same.

The service is so rude had to wait for EFPOS to be reconected at least 5 to 10 min at no stage did the attendent offer any verbal communication so sad that he was not taught good menners. As a local it will be my only visit
