Outstanding service and hospitality. Vince is such a top bloke, knows his stuff and always looks after his customers. I have been coming here for the last 5 years or so and will definitely continue too. Highly recommend

Without doubt the finest pet food store in eastern Victoria. The owner, Vince makes up all the fresh produce himself, and only stocks things he would give to his own pets. Vince is always happy to have a chat, and his service feels very personal - not like how many businesses have become over the years. He always remembers my order. I don't even have to tell him what I need. He knows. And I suspect that this is the case for all his regular customers.
Vince's love of animals is apparent from the moment he begins talking. He is quite knowledgeable in many areas of pet ownership, regardless of the type of pet you own!
His business is extremely popular with the locals, as well as the people who drive considerable distances to patronise his store.
I would recommend Montrose Pet Supplies to anyone who wants the best for their pet. If I could give him six stars, I would!

This has to be the finest pet supply store I have ever visited.
Always made to feel welcome and the owner obviously likes pets.
The meat and treats are absolutely top notch and I would travel any distance to patronise this store.

A hidden gem. Preservative free dog meat, meat and veg and meals packed to order. Some people travel right across town for special supplies
