Very friendly and thorough staff at reception, plus the Doctor was also approachable, showed empathy and care in my medical assessment and feedback. Very open to other issues or concerns. I've been happy to be a client with them for decades.

Dr Othmam was very thorough with my daughters 6 week checkup. He took the time to get to know us and our medical history. We recently moved to the area and are thrilled to have such access to such a wonderful clinic and family doctor.

I have been attending this practice for over 30 years. All the doctors are amazing. They are thorough, caring, professional and very approachable. I never feel rushed in my consultations. I would highly recommend this practice.

Park Orchards Family Practice, is the home of caring Doctors, Nurses and support staff. I have been attending the practice for over 28 years and wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

The receptionist s are always kind and polite and try to accommodate the patient. Doctors listen and try their best to find the appropriate solution. A few of the Doctors go out of their way to explain why they do such or such choices. However sometimes like for the AstraZeneca vaccine they followed to the letter the government recommendation and despite the fact I already had thrombosis of the right leg a year before I was given the AstraZeneca vaccine and got thrombosis again . A month later the government decided they had enough Pfizer vaccine even for the over 65 bad luck for me. I think doctors should only consider the patient welfare and not just the government decisions when they do not have enough stock ( of vaccine in this case ) . I would highly recommend this medical practice despite that fact as I assume they had no choice as some GPs were fined for not going with government imposed line.

We love this practice. Reception staff, nurses and Dr’s are all lovely and accomodating. Our appointment today was for travel vaccinations and they made my children very comfortable when having their needles. Highly recommend this practice.

All the staff are lovely, and all the GPs are excellent. The atmosphere in the waiting room is very pleasant and it’s a lovely place to visit.

My family and I have been going to this clinic for many years and highly recommend it. All the doctors are incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Dr Jacinta Carty, in particular has gone above and beyond with my little children who have had some health concerns and even rang between appointments to see how they are going. This level of care is incredible and has always been accompanied with warmth and expertise.
Reception staff are also very kind and professional. They often are getting slammed and don’t appear stressed and are always happy to help. The nursing staff too have always been really great with my children who are often fearful of getting vaccinations.
All in all, this is a wonderful clinic and we are really happy with our experience here.

Myself and my family have been visiting this practice for the past 10 years. Not only do they have some of the most kind and welcoming receptionists but they also have an amazing group of GP’s. We’ve found them to be very thorough and attentive to any medical issues we’ve had over the years. Definitely would recommend this practice :)

Went for results of annual blood test. Nothing but good news for a change. POFP certainly is very excellent.

I saw Dr Peter Hill today for an annual health review. It’s a privilege to be looked after by such a wise, considered and experienced GP.
