A pleasant surprise to see the Hungary Aussie food van here. Beautiful crispy Chinese dim Sims and a beef Hungarian lampo. Totally worth the relaxing time watching the water play with kayakers and beautiful scenery. #hungaryaussie

I had rated the dam 3 stars but after many years it is finally full. A really beautiful place to go for a walk, have a picnic and take the boat out.

A small dam with many picnic tables spread around, some shaded, others not. As soon as we sat down, five Kookaburras rushed to the table and obviously wanted to share our lunch! There were also many other birds there, but not as tame as the Kookaburras. Highly recommended as a place for a picnic and walk.

Easy parking for Towing Travelers.
Relaxing atmosphere..huge shaded erea for kids.
Ramp for boats but limited speed on the Dam.
BBQ erea's. Clean toilets. Close to Town Centre

Great place to hang around with family. Has toilet facilities, playground and great views of the dam. Ample of parking lot.

Good morning walk. Needs paths to been cleaned up a bit though. Dam is beautiful 😍

Lot of history, relaxing, good for having a good barbie. Great play area with shade, beautiful flora and peaceful wildlife. Historical information board near a memorial statue. A good choice to have getogethers, and to relax with friends and family.

A very lovely place to visit for the afternoon or a picnic. They have a few tables around and lots of grass for the kids to run around on.

Interesting place, will love to come back for a longer visit. Will definitely look into the history of the the town.

Clean and secure bushland setting. Peaceful views. Undercover eating areas and facilities. Swimming in calm water with a gradually sloping bottom. Camping not overnight.
