Duaringa Camp Grounds

We were pleasantly surprised by this great camp spot. There is plenty of space, which backs onto the lovely park and playground. It's dog-friendly, and there are excellent picnic and camp kitchen facilities available. There are clean toilets, as well as a small information centre to cater for your needs. Make sure you add your donation for the great job the community has done.

Great Park with great access & amenities, including 2 showers for the Campers * Caravanerd

Excellent place to rest for a night. Next to the route, peaceful and spacious place. Bathroom with hot water, they have a place with wi-fi and to recharge cell phones. The cost is a donation. You can find the donation box in the museum hall. Thanks to the Duaringa community for maintaining this place.

A large area of dirt and grass. Nice to be able to spread out. I had a shower here and it was hot and clean. No complaints. The lady in the information centre was friendly and helpful.
It was nice to just chill here.

Great overnight or 2 campsite, go for a walk to the pub, make sure you go into the information centre, lady is very knowledgeable. Just don't park too close to the trees. Millions of Flying Foxes come over at dusk and make their beds in trees over the highway

Nice shade stop. Free toilets and showers very clean nice play equipmint for children.

Great place to stay plenty room and the info centre was very friendly and informative. Make sure you give a donation as places like this are well worth it

Lots of room to camp. Service station and pub in the town.

Very nice volunteer in the Info centre there very helpful and I put my donation in the box.
Lovely big park with lots of places to park up with choice of shade or sun for solar. Two showers (hot) and men's and women's toilets.
What a great RV friendly town this is, thank you Duaringa.
Oh yes and some nice goodies in the info centre.

As others have reviewed highly, this is a great free camp provided by the locals. I'm so glad l stayed overnight.

It's free stops like this one that encourage us full-time Aussie travellers to stop - and spend $$ in town.
I enjoyed walking around the historic buildings, having a drink at the pub by the railway line, and enjoying the chat with the volunteers at the information centre.

I'm self-contained, so l didn't use facilities, but they looked clean. There's even a phone charging station at the info centre.

Absolutely fabulous spot. Huge area toilets and hit showers. Lovely green park area in the centre. Please leave a donation otherwise these places will disappear.

I really enjoyed it. Showers were hot and better than I have had at a paid Caravan Park. Well done Duaringa.

Very well maintained. Close to road but not very busy at night.

Great spot. Playground for kids. Toilets and showers. Donations. Bbq and pic nic table's. Large flat area. A lil noisy but great spot none the less

This is a well looked after campground and campers need to respect the work that takes place here. Amenities are so clean because they are attended to twice a day. Our two nights were most enjoyable and we will come back again. Thanks to all concerned.

The toilets were spotless a credit to whoever cleans them not a water drop or mark on the stainless steel . 🚻 🧻 🚽

No shortage of Bins everywhere
no need to throw rubbish on the ground.
Also was very clean & well keeped.

My hubby said the 24 hour BP stocked up like a supermarket incredible arrange of everything & anything. 🍔🍓🌭🥪🥗🍪🍟

Really worth the stopover for all traveler’s ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
