They've always got my order right. And it's always hot too. Love it. Chicken is so satisfryingly crispy too. Better than the other one with the white man. Different flavour though but RR has better texture on their crispy chicken than the other one.

Always have great customer service here. When they make mistakes, it's sorted out at the next visit. My only criticism would be less salt on the chips, otherwise, this is my go to for chicken in my area.

Very happy with the chicken it was juicy and very fresh! Also with the chips weren’t oily and tasted good with the right amount of salt, Polite customer service also! Recommend 5/5

Previously i ordered an 8 piece pack and asked for certain pieces, then was told i can only get a mix , then visited again yesterday and asked for 8 piece pack and didn't say anything , I arrived home opened the box and found 5 chicken thighs 1 wing and a small breast ,
Not good at all ,
Dissappointed.

I love the chicken as it was crunch and the texture was there. First time I had this was a takeaway and it was still crunch nonetheless, its similar taste would be the Chicken at Ministop ( if you are a Filipino - you'll know what store this is) Overall, taste was a balance of salty and umami paired with a crunchy soft on the inside fries.

We ordered a reds burgers. It was great and awesome value. I believe the kid that wiped our table and made it was called zaid. Will definitely return.
