Incredible service from the reception staff. When I walked up to the reception I was greeted with a happy bubbly welcome. I highly recommend this clinic as they are all around supportive and the doctors are amazing. Will definitely be coming back!!

I had a pressing question that needed a prompt reply to ease my mind for my next step....immunisation...and of course resided to the fact that I may not get a reply straight a way...I was gobsmacked and thankful to the reception staff's quick reply and my being able to book myself in...Thank you so much and keep up the great work you all do for us

Every time I have come into the clinic for a general check up the receptionist has always greeted me politely and been very welcoming. The few times I have spoken with the practice manager has been incredibly friendly, always has a smile and such a positive attitude. Cannot recommend this clinic enough!!

Since it has become a ForHealth practice, this clinic is fantastic. Friendly reception, amazing Drs and l can book a time. Love it

Great service on reception by both the staff on the front 8 May 23 between 1:30 -2pm. They were friendly, timely and professional. Also witnessed them deal with a difficult customer with the upmost care and consideration. Well done!

My younger cousin had a terrible cough, the staff were awesome putting him at ease. Great service. Highly recommend.

I come to the clinic since April and am very impressed with people who work here. The receptionists are very polite and helpful. I really feel that they care. My new GP is Dr Greg Sendecki who looks after me holistically. I have noticed that some patients comented on waiting times issues. I have accepted this and am happy to wait to get an excellent care. I am sure that they are working on it. Once I get to the doctor’s room he gives me as much time as is need. If you can’t wait book first appointment in AM.

Lovely people here who make you feel welcomed and cared for - so friendly and kind (even when they are telling you they are fully booked!) - I have always recommended this medical centre to others and have had no reason to change this yet

This is my 2nd review. Can’t thank enough Dr Matthew Lau. Very thorough and courteous. He is also very co-operative, kind and warm…something you don’t see very often when seen by a doctor. To him you are a human being not a number!! Thank you Dr Matthew Lau

Having attended Young Street Medical Centre for the past 13 years I have found the staff and Doctors to be both helpful,courteous and obliging.
My Dr is Dr Shirley Lau probably the best Doctor I have ever had .
People please be advised sometimes the clinic gets busy and the wait times can be a little long, so please be patient with the receptionist and the Doctors, they do there best to get you seen to.
If you want to leave nasty reviews have a good think before you do so as these people are only trying to help you and do not deserve the discourtesy that is sometimes dished out.
Just remember these people have feelings to, so let them know you appreciate what they do.

I have been attending Young Street Medical since I can remember, probably since it first opened, over a decade.
I have always been very happy with the care I have received there.
Though some of my favorite Doctors have left some of my favorites still remain.
Every time I see Dr Shirley I remind her how she saved my life.
I referred a friend to her today and she took all the care for her and some.
The same lady and man still work in the x-ray and ultrasound department so it's comfortable and familiar and has grown a sense of community over the years.
They treat people, because people matter and don't discriminate, I feel.
So thank you Young Street Medical and thank you Doctor Shirley

From regular scripts to skin checks the care at Young Street Medical is outstanding. The nursing care for small surgeries and dressings is also amazing!
Would not go anywhere else.

A lot of people are here complaining about wait times, but really what do you expect in a place with no appointments and always accepting walk-ins? Even having to wait I find that it is understandable and worth it for the convenience of just walking in.
I have had some weird and unpleasant experiences with some of your doctors but I would not fault the company for that. Some of your doctors have also gone above and beyond for me, and the ease of getting testing such as ultrasounds and other services that go beyond the scope of "regular GP" is an absolute asset to the community.
Every business and practice has room for improvement, but simply being able to get a script or be seen at odd hours without appointment is more than worth it to me.

l have been coming here for a few years since moving to the frankston region. Recent changes have really improved the clinic. No more long wait times via the phone or waiting to see the GP, Drs running punctual, reception staff extremely friendly & helpful.

I have been attending this medical clinic for 7+years and have always found the doctors and staff to be friendly and helpful. I have attended every 4 weeks during that time. My doctor has diagnosed pneumonia, hip replacement and lastly bowel cancer 3 years ago. All of which I have successfully survived. I am now 86 and in good health thanks to the Young St medical centre and Frankston hospital.

Have had nothing but good experiences with Young st Medical. The staff I’ve seen (reception [the lady I spoke to this morning was nothing but friendly and helpful - thank you so much], pathology, radiology and my doc) have always been friendly, professional and informative. I’m happy to keep seeing them.
Where else can you get a blood test done at 9am on a Sunday?!

Excellent service. Occasional waits but also able to see a specific doctor or simply any doctor if a simple matter on the day needed versus other clinics that require appointments to be made sometimes days out. Son's recent head gash was dealt with quickly including full nursing treatment (stitches, local, bandage, etc etc) - vastly better than emergency at Frankston hospital. This is also one stop and at times I have been able to do doctor visit, pathology and even get a flu shot within an hour on a single visit. With 7 am opening and late closing this is very very convenient!

Always a positive experience at the clinic, very clean and friendly service.

You guys never fail. I phoned to get a walk in appt. Advised to come in between 9am -9.30am. 9.15am I was with the doctor, 2 min wait for the treatment room to recieve my flu injection. Staff so welcoming and re-assuring it's just the best clinic.
