Fantastic customer service in this shop, I was served by Renee I had chosen a Pokemon Card Encyclopaedia she was super helpful and updated my EB card with a new one. Left the store feeling very positive about the whole transaction and good staff DO make all the difference‼

I also picked up Minecraft for my youngest boy as a xmas present just a few months ago and the staff were exceptionally good! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🔥 🦄

Just was going past because had seen the same manager who had been working there for 25 years.Always been the best E.B store have been into over the years even just browsing staff are always friendly and helpful.Alot of the staff also understand thier products or the products they stock and even seeing others walk in to the store in the past they have always been happy and enjoyed thier visit and level of service.

Very busy but extremely friendly and helpful staff. I went there for a Zing click n collect item. The whole process was totally painless. H9ghly recommend!

Dropped in to look for a specific second hand game...I asked the cashier of they could look up the title to check if they had it before I riflled through the covers, and they did, then 2 of them came over to help me find the game covers in the rack... Awesome service, thank you🤘

Went in to EB Frankston to exchange a game for my Son that he got for Xmas. Could not fault the service which was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. My Son too was even more happy with the end result. Good job!

Amazing, friendly and helpful team. went to return a headset that was faulty that was nearly 12mths old. no questions asked, they simply exchanged it for another as requested! Would highly recommend.
