Baggage Storage by Smarte Carte

Difficult to find, on first floor next to JB Hi-Fi. Labeled on static maps inside shopping center, but unsearchable if you're using the interactive maps.

Reasonable prices, large locker fit a carry-on rolled bag, a checked bag and a backpack with room to spare. $10 for the first 4 hours is more than reasonable and $2/chunk of four hours thereafter. Inaccessible after 6pm when the shopping center closes.

If I could give even half a star...I still wouldn't. They didn't work, called up the service number for assistance and the lady who answered stated that they were aware of the issue since yesterday and could not get a technician to fix them as they were only scheduled after hours on weekends. You'd think they have someone fix them asap for the Monday. But even at 12pm, they still hadn't gotten around to fixing it. We called twice, they hung up on us the first time we called. Second time, the lady on the phone assured us a technician was working on the lockers this morning at the dfo in essendon and would come within an hour to fix these ones. She would call us once they were working so we could start accessing them. We went to the essendon dfo in the afternoon and the receptionist at the help desk indicated there was in fact no technician working that morning. It gets better, the lockers there weren't working either. Luckily by the good grace of the receptionist at essendon dfo, she was kind enough to watch our bags, unlike at south wharf who offered no support- loving the consistency between the two. 5 hours later, im at the airport still waiting on a call from old mate at smartecarte to tell me the lockers are finally fixed so i can put my bags in the lockers <3
