I just had a great experience with Maddy! This was my first time selling at a Cash Converters - my quote was honored and it was super quick and pleasant. I was super surprised to hear Maddy was not the store manager - her customer service skills are fantastic!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I have been there multiple times and Daniel, JM, Kait have been kind and polite in answering the queries. They gave a good bargain too! Good place to definitely try!

As a local guide and a customer at this store I thought I'd put in my 2 cents.

This cash converters is very well stocked with some very interesting items, they have a fairly decent range of DVD's, Cameras, Games and Audio/Music equipment.

The prices are pretty well on point with the items that they sell on the floor, some do need some adjusting but it wouldn't be a Cashies/CC if they didn't need some adjusting on some items.

I have found a couple of real diamonds in the rough in their stock there! :)

Russel on the retail floor has excellent customer service and so does Nathan and Tim, the Retail Manager James is awesome as well!

I have dealt with John as well in their buys and loans and he is awesome as well so all around just a wicked store!

Cash Converters South Melbourne is a very lovely store with an eclectic variety and stock of products ranging from jewelry, stereos, laptops, smartphones, good quality products. The store exemplifies great friendly helpful customer service, whether be personal finance, retail or buys and loans, staff are very friendly, polite, courteous, patient, understanding and informative. In the Personal Finance department, Darren and Mohammed are excellent, exemplary fantastic, team members, their diligence, consideration, patience and understanding with customers for Personal Finance at South Melbourne is excellent and they lead the charge with excellent friendly customer service and great relationship and repoire with customers. If you are in the city, recommend drop in the store.

Super friendly staff, made my first sale to Cashies super easy and I got way more out of cleaning out our old cupboards than I thought I would. Will be back for suuuuure!

Although the store is small and does not have a huge range, the staff are accommodating and work professionally and promptly to pawn goods.
Not the best prices you can find but also not the worst. I've already got alright and promptly delivered rates from them.
