Outstanding customer service and cleanliness.
The staffs were friendly and provide excellent services.
My burger was stacked nicely and especially my large fries was filled up fully.
Although, it was in lunch time rush, the crew and the duty manager were happily helping me filled up my 2lit waters with ice for the kids.
Definitely recommend to others when visiting this area. Especially in cherry time

The same night I was seriously let down by miserable service at South Morang, I tried again at Mernda. Hands down, the best late night (3am) service I have ever received. I wish I'd noted the young guy's name who served me, he deserves a medal. Pretty sure he was working alone too because he appeared at every window after taking the order. Friendly service, great communication and the freshest fries I've had in years. Not only that, this guy appears to be the ONLY Macca's employee in the whole of Australia who knows how to stack a fillet-o-fish in an even, perpendicular manner. Top job. Give the guy a raise and maybe send him to Sth Morang for a few weeks to show them how it's done.

They always make fresh food and their customer service level is 10/10 so a good maccas to go to!

This review for cleaning lady, she is doing amazing job and I never seen the toilets in other MacDonald like this. Super clean in and out even the doors cl3an too.

Hot fresh Maccas food is tops.
Always ask for fresh, if your happy to wait a bit longer.
Speed isn't my priority, its hotter fresher food & its absolutely delicious when It is !
Remember, people make mistakes, no ones perfect, but 9/10 its right and tasty here, if you ask for fresh and are happy to wait 👍👍

Had a chicken salad wrap in a small meal deal. A pleasant surprise as I'm not a frequent Maccas customer.

Was served in the drive thru tonight by Juna (sorry if I butchered it!) she was amazingly genuine and lovely, complimented our order and even gave us a little verbal maccas jingle! Absolutely made mine, my mum’s and my siblings night. Loved the enthusiasm!

Came in at 3am feeling a bit depressed, made an annoying order and every part of the meal was damn near perfect.

The burger had flavour and filled the bun fully, and the amount of sauce was spot on. The chips were freshly cooked and perfectly salted as well

Got home and it was all still hot too

Every Thursday afternoon I come here with a disability client, and the staff are always so welcoming, accommodating and friendly! They are always so lovely towards my client and engage with him even when they're busy doing their work

I loved them, but now it is a bit changed from a few monthsago.
I nekon the owner or manager has been changed. Service is not the same as before.

Order came out super fast. Coffee wasn’t that great but good.

Rolled up to the drive thru around midnight to be met with fantastic, patient and genuine service. The man with the glasses and long hair who served us is an absolute Saint and deserves a pay rise because this is the best service I've ever received in all my years of dining McDonald's. Thanks champion I'll be back!!!

My cheeseburger was a visual masterpiece. How do you guys consistently reproduce a burger that looks 'exactly' like the photo on the menu?
I've never unwrapped one that looks like it was run-over then hurriedly warmed up in the microwave.

My mother was at this establishment with my daughter and my daughter accidentally tripped my mum over (resulting in a broken shoulder)
There is a really beautiful man manager who sat with my mum and comforted her until after the ambulance came. You're an absolute angel, Mr manager and your beautiful staff member who cared and entertained my 6yo autistic daughter was the most beautifully kind and caring young lady. Tessa tells me she's got mates There at Mecca's as though I should be afraid lol.
That was one of the most challenging evenings for us and the whole team there needs to find someone immediately able to support, assist and resolve...
We are extremely and touched that that entire team snapped into the mindset of protecting mum and my daughter aswell.
We'll be back for a frappe very soon, and I'll be really upset if anyone ever brings anyone to my family home
