O'Brien Plumbing Croydon

Ryan was the plumber coming to my home to install the hot water system which I bought from Dux/Bunnings. He was an excellent bloke and did the installation perfectly. He was at my door at 7am sharp which as promised and explained everything to me and made sure I understood what he was saying. Highly recommended. One thing to complain though, the cost of putting a slab was a bit excessive but overall I am still very happy with the installation.

The team at Laser Plumbing were quick to arrange and complete the replacement of our hot water service and did so in a very friendly and professional manner. I highly recommend them.

Poor communication, workmanship and follow up during my experience. Called to fix an issue with Hot Water tank, was “repaired” without any follow up to see if the initial issue was even resolved, it was not. After chasing up was told by the plumber he was “busy, could maybe get there early next week”, must’ve been busy, still waiting for that visit or even a call to postpone. Real reminder to support small businesses with their name on the door that work with some pride.
