Costa Nova Holiday Apartments

We recently enjoyed a family holiday @ Costa Nova Apartments.
Right on the beach. Lovely large clean units with undercover parking. Location was perfect with so many great restaurants & shops within walking distance. Great to have the lifesaver flags directly out front of the units for safe swimming.
We really enjoyed our holiday and would highly recommend Costa Nova Apartments for a relaxed getaway.

Just back from a lovely quiet holiday at Costa Nova at Sunshine Beach Queensland, the beautiful location, views and atmosphere made for a relaxing break. Our unit was clean, fresh and well appointed with outstanding views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lou and Derek are kind and caring hosts who really made a difference.

We love staying here. Every apartment we have stayed in has been clean and had great views. The beds are comfortable and it is nice and quiet at night with nothing but the sound of the waves on the beach. The location is excellent. The surf club is across the road. The patrolled beach is just in front of the surf club. The walk to Noosa along the beach and up those steps is just fantastic as are the many walks in the national park. Sunshine beach is our favourite Qld beach.

This is a really great place to stay - very quiet at night, great view of and easy access to the beach. The apartment is comfortable and has a full range of facilities. Lou and Derek were great and always responded promptly to our queries and providing the little things we asked for. The surf club is great for food and drinks with a neat little strip of shops around the corner.
The only comment is that the owners of the apartment could provide a bit more of the initial provisions (tea, coffee, etc) for five people instead of for two.

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Costa Nova Holiday Apartments and I can't express how wonderful our experience was. From start to finish, the managers, Lou and Derek, were incredibly accommodating and friendly, making our stay truly memorable.

The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the stunning view of Sunshine Beach was a highlight of our trip. The thoughtfully designed layout of the apartment allowed us to fully appreciate the natural beauty that surrounded us and we had plenty of space to lounge about after a big day out!

The location of Costa Nova is unbeatable, right up the road from the little nestle of coffee and food shops in Sunshine Beach which is super convenient. It's also minutes away from the bustling energy of Hastings Street and the vibrant atmosphere of Noosa Junction. It made exploring the area a breeze.

Lou and Derek went above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made us feel right at home, and their recommendations for local attractions and dining options were spot-on. It's clear that they take pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests.

Our time at Costa Nova Holiday Apartments was exactly what we needed for a rejuvenating break. We left feeling refreshed, thanks to the comfortable accommodations, stunning views, and the perfect location. Without a doubt, we'll be back for another visit. If you're looking for a place to stay in Sunshine Beach, Costa Nova is the absolute best choice. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Costa Nova over the Easter long weekend. Lou & Derek have been helpful from the very start! We even were greeted with some chocolates from them for Easter.

We stayed in 2 bed , 2 bath, apartment 6 with an ocean view. The apartment was very clean and although not renovated recently was pleasant for our stay. The beds were comfortable and the unit was large and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and a lovely temperature . The view and location were the best part. We will definately stay again.

Costa Nova is one of the best positioned apartment buildings on the Sunshine Coast. We’ve stayed there 5 times. The managers Lou and Derek are professional but not at all intrusive

As usual a wonderful stay in this well appointed apartment in a perfect location. There is direct access to the southern side of the National Park and a bus that will take you directly into Hastings Street. Great restaurants and the Sunshine Beach SLSC are just a minutes walk away. We would highly recommend Costa Nova for its beach location and excellent value.

Beach & great restaurants all within 100m. We stayed 3 weeks & didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend Costa Nova we’ll be returning next year.

This was our second time staying at Costa Nova, in Apartment #2, and of course it did not disappoint. It is a beautiful apartment that is spacious and comfortable.
We feel at home, a sense of calm and enjoyed every minute of it. The location is the best (on the beach), down the street from the Duke Street precinct, and across the street from the surf club.
Lou was so warm and welcoming upon arrival, and offered for us to borrow sand toys and a boogy board for our kids, which was an added bonus. Plenty of space for my 5 and 1.5 year old to move around and as a parent felt they were very safe, so never worried. Highly recommend and would def stay again in the future!

Absolutely fantastic apartment for us with 4 kids. Derek and Lou went over and above in ensuring we had the most wonderful stay. The views are phenomenal, rooms are comfortable and such a great spot for walking to local restaurants and beaches. We are already looking at dates to come back when our next visitors arrive. Great spot.enjoyed our short stay thoroughly. Very close to a good breakfast spot, a bar, bottelo, convenience store and the sunshine beach surf club.

What a fantastic apartment, one of the very best we have ever stayed in. Overlooking the beach, a short walk to a variety of eateries and bars and exceptionally clean and well presented. Lou and Derek are fantastic hosts and really went above and beyond the ensure our stay was amazing.

Absolutely fantastic, penthouse with everything plus more, viewing whales from our deck!! Lou and her husband are nothing short of fantastic hosts. I have owned a conference management company for 24 years, experienced it all internationally, travelled personally well around the world and this property is up there. Book and enjoy!!

We loved staying at Costa Nova. Derek and Lou are amazing hosts. We were particularly impressed by Derek's handyman skills.

Our preferred stay on Sunshine Coast. This place has everything we want. Except for the two COVID years, we have been here for at least one week every year since 2014. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay, and Lou and Derek were nothing but helpful. The apartment was clean, serviced every five days and had all the basics of a functioning kitchen, lounge and bathrooms. Our view was spectacular, and the whole place was quiet and very relaxing. We have already booked for 2024 and are really looking forward to returning to Costa Nova.
