IGA Local Grocer Sunrise Beach

Brilliant work on opening this fabulous little IGA. It has everything you need right here at Sunrise! Open 6am to 8pm every day of the week.
For a small shop they have done a great job in setting out a supermarket that provides not only your basic necessities but also all the best extras, they have stocked and selected very well.
There is a roast chicken section as well as a coffee machine, lotto tickets, ice, gas refill bottles and an ATM.
The vegetable section is fresh and well stocked, meat section has a good small selection with reasonable pricing.
Ready to go sushi packs are sure to be a hit with last minute lunches for the kids at the high school next door. They have also catered to the students with plenty of sweets and ice-cream.
The Sunrise shops have also updated their native planting in the carpark as well as updating their signage and it looks much nicer.
Staff were great; good to see staff who are helpful, competent and cheerful.

It's great having the IGA in Sunrise Beach, open till 8pm and the cooked chickens are pretty dang good. 👌😋

Great local grocer with an excellent range of regular household needs and some great local produce too. Store is nice and clean and modern. Plus they make a great coffee too! Beats going to the big guys when you've got such a good local supermaket like this.

Some of the foods are very expensive (the cheese prices are through the food) but the quality is good. You don't go there to save money but there's underfloor parking, an escalator and a general feeling of things being a little more salubrious. (Whenever I've been to ALDI I always leave feeling like I've let myself down.)

Interestingly enough they don't accept Seniors Cards when the others I shop at do. Strangely enough she asked to see my card but then informed me they don't accept it?
I have never been asked to show my card before because I guess I look like a "senior?"
