Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort

We had a wonderful stay at the Sofitel! From the moment we entered, we were greeted with joy from Carrie who ensured we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The room was immaculate with beautiful views and a great attention to detail. Meanwhile the hotel was tastefully decorated for the festive season. A huge thank you to Antonella and Lia at reception - nothing was too much trouble and I am very grateful for all their assistance. The hotel has great facilities including peaceful pool area and a well-equipped gym. Located close to the beach, the national park and local shops/ restaurants, it is the perfect location. We enjoyed evenings in the riviera bar where the staff were nothing but welcoming and attentive. I hope to see Amy and Joey next year when we look to return. I will be recommending this hotel to all my loved ones.

I’ll start with the bad - housekeeping needs improvement. Our room’s bin wasn’t emptied from the prior guests and had used coffee pods and tissues in it. Each day our room wasn’t made up until 3pm which is far too late, I wanted to go back to the room to relax after a morning at the beach and lunch out.

Everything else was fantastic. The resort is well kept, staff are absolutely fantastic (special mention to Szilvia at breakfast - an absolute gem) and extra touches such as champagne on arrival set this apart from the standard Sofitel. Food and drinks across all venues were of a very high standard and the location right on Hastings St can’t be beat. Benefits as an Accor platinum were applied and a room upgrade was given - the river view room was breathtaking at sunset. Will definitely return.

Smooth check in, friendly staff, glass of champagne as a welcome drink. We had a Spacious room with breakfast table, small kitchenette, nespresso machine, bar fridge & complimentary bottle of champagne. Our room had a balcony with a view to hills. The housekeeping service was excellent. The service was done in a timely manner while we were out. Turn down service was provided every night with fresh towels, bottles of water and chocolates. The hotel is in a great location - middle of Hastings street. Once you step outside of the hotel there are shops and restaurants, cafes. The pool and pool bar was great. Food and cocktails were delicious. Definitely recommend Sofitel Noosa Pacific Resort hotel, it’s a great place for families. Would stay here again.

The Sofitel made our weekend away with 16 ladies fantastic. The spa in particular was lovely: welcoming, fun, and relaxing to boot! Massage with Meaghan was wonderful - just about went to sleep. Service all round was efficient and attentive. Shout out to Hannah at the pool cabanas who was fantastic looking after us, and Jenny at guest services who made everything happen.

I recently had arranged our end of year Christmas Party at the Sofitel Noosa 18 employees plus partners. We stayed over 3 nights and had an absolute fantastic experience.
The service was consistently excellent throughout our stay. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making us all feel welcome and valued.
Another highlight was the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of the rooms. It's evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed, and it contributed to a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.
The hotel's location is also worth mentioning with easy access to Hasting Street for shopping, cafe's, restaurants and the beach.

My husband and I spent 4 nights with Noosa Sofitel to celebrate my birthday this year. We enjoyed the special check in experience upon arrival. I was very grateful for a welcome bottle of sparkling on arrival and beautiful sweet desserts on my birthday! We felt very spoilt and really enjoyed the indulgent experience staying with Sofitel. All staff were extremely friendly and professional. Our room was perfectly clean and a good size. Wonderful in- room facilities. The pool area was amazing, with heated pool and swim up bar. The location was perfect, short walk through to Hastings street and the beach. Close to the jetty on the river and we hired a motor boat also. Valet parking staff were very helpful and efficient every day. We really enjoyed this luxurious hotel and all it had to offer for an indulgent experience. We can’t wait to return one day soon and recommend to friends and family. Thank you Hotel Sofitel Noosa!

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our several month trip to Australia and we weren’t disappointed. Such an amazing place to stay! From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were continually impressed with this hotel and its staff.

The location couldn’t be beat—it’s literally in the center of all the action, walking distance to the stunning Noosa beach, close to the hiking trails, and overlooks the water with incredible sunset views. Although the hotel is older, it’s still very well maintained and spotlessly clean. What made this hotel particularly memorable was the staff. We’ve stayed at numerous hotels before, but the service we received here was FLAWLESS! Special thanks to Jamaica at the front desk who went above and beyond and made our stay extra special.

Overall, great place to stay. Highly recommend!

It was for my partner's birthday holiday and the hotel gave us a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and a box of nice chocolate a day before his birthday as we were checking out on his birthday. It was very nice surprise. Thank you for remembering our conversation at the check in. The room we stayed was amazing. We loved the pool. We will be back.

We were a family of 14 staying over Christmas,This hotel left nothing but happy memories for us all .
Rooms fabulous so spacious , staff excellent , House maids were very attentive . Food at the Beach house both breakfast and lunch superb .

We were participating in the Noosa Triathlon. Location was perfect with our children and to be able to duck back for showers during the day. Staff are always so friendly and helpful. Love the welcome glass of bubbles. Food at the breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh and great range to suit the whole family.

What an amazing experience. Every single staff member, cleaning, pool, dining, front desk, baggage... everyone without exception made our stay so pleasant and fun. Thank you so much. Best holiday ever.

It took me a while to find somewhere to stay in Noosa , there were so many options. We used many sites to make the decision and we ended up using Qantas and our FF points to book here.

The room was huge and the spa on the balcony was awesome. Next time though I may choose a room with a view. As the view from our room was just rooftops.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to everything from the hotel.

Could not fault it...requested to stay on a further 4 nights and you were able to leave us in our pool view room.
Daily turn down service appreciated and cleaning to the highest standard. Literally walk out the front onto Hastings Street then cross the road to the beach.

From the moment we stepped out of our taxi at the Sofitel Noosa we were treated as special guests. The booking-in process was a delight and seamless, reception made sure all we had to do was just enjoy our stay. The pool area was a great place to unwind and enjoy a cocktail or two at the pool bar. Apart from the accommodation the best part of our stay was the closeness of the beach and hasting street where there are so many restaurants to choose from. YES, we will be back, thank you Sofitel

We had a lovely stay, the hotel was well appointed , clean and very comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly. The pool was lovely and lots of sunbeds and towels available.

Hands down the best Hotel in Australia. Fantastic facilities, spacious and clean rooms, a great pool and bar, and amazing staff who actually look after their guests. The buffet breakfast was a highlight with a special callout to Head Chef Dan and the Egg Queen Hansani who not only cooked up a storm but paid special attention to one of our entourage who had dietary requirements. Not only were they careful to his needs but also made him a unique and custom breakfast each day. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is holidaying in Noosa as it's the best. Thank you again!

As always the Sofitel at Noosa was a great place to stay. The room was spacious the river view does not disappoint and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We have stayed here a few times now and will probably be back.

The Sofitel Noosa was a pleasant surprise with several noted improved and polished touches. The pool villa had been freshly painted, the pool attendants were not only friendly and fun but incredibly attentive and provided excellent service, all the areas of the property looked well thought out and maintained and the staff were all engaging and appeared to be enjoying their various duties.

Our fifth stay at the Sofitel at Noosa Heads, and the place feels like our home away from home. We recommend this hotel to everyone, and plan to return with friends and family for many years to come. There is nothing about it I would change. The option of including breakfast is absolutely mandatory, can't think of a netter way to start my day in this unbeatable location.

Perfect location and amenities on Hastings and amazing staff every year, as always. Been attending this property for over 30 years and the last 5 years as the Sofitel. For the exorbitant price however, the couch bed still sucks bigly.
