The Esteem Group was contracted to demolish a thirty year old bathroom and install new facilities in the same space.
The group had been recommended to us as they were regarded as being capable of delivering a top quality result.
A team of specialists undertook the work and each and everyone of the workers conducted their components of the work in a friendly and professional manner and this has resulted in a higher that expected quality of finish. This clearly demonstrates a quality culture that is employed by the entire group.
The bathroom space has been transformed and the bathroom is now more functional and comfortable to use.
We have been excited to show the new bathroom to our friends. Their feedback has been highly positive.

The trades personnel were fantastic. They clearly communicated across all aspects of the project and the build quality was exceptional. They were accommodating when the plans changed slightly, and were also able to support us when there were some issues with the 3rd party suppliers. Overall, an excellent experience.

Mitch and Dylan attended our owners corporation property today to repair a burst pipe; they were super nice and professional, repairing the burst, reinstating the brickwork to the exterior of the building, and cleaning the work area before they left...I would never have known they had been here, had I not been home! Esteem is lovely to deal with, we strongly recommend them. We had our shower repair done, which involved taking it all out - tiles, all that good stuff, and then putting a new one in.

The office was very good at communication, especially with scheduling. They were always letting me know what day/time to expect as well as what was left to go and just overall the communication was so helpful especially as we were living there while the work was happening.

Where there were minor concerns, they were seen to so quickly and everyone was so understanding and friendly. We felt very cared for! This kind of service is rare to come by these days, so it is greatly appreciated. :)

Ashley, Tom & Cam from Esteem came to clean the gutters at the property where I rent an apartment earlier today and had to access my patio to finish the last part of the job. They were so easy to deal with, polite, friendly and professional and cleaned up fully after clearing the gutters, not just my patio, but also all around the building. As the property hadn't had the gutters done in a long time, it was a huge job (I saw them extracting several plants with root systems from numerous guttering around the building!) but they did it with good humour and with care. Highly recommended.

From the minute we engaged Esteem to complete our bathroom renovation we were blown away with their professionalism. It was a seamless process from the initial quote consultation to the final fit off. Being first time renovators, it felt like a breeze!

Esteem co ordinated all of the trades required and I can honestly say, each and every team member that worked on our job was amazing. They really went the extra mile for us ensuring that we ended up with a beautiful result and often going above and beyond what was expected. We did make a few changes along the way and whilst that would have put them under considerable pressure you would never have known. They really made us feel like valued clients at every step.

We always came home to a beautifully packed up and clean home and That really made the whole process a lot easier to handle with a young family. If we had had to come home to a worksite every day it would have been a nightmare.

Would I recommend them? Absolutely! Would I use them again? In a heartbeat! In fact, we have already signed them up for our laundry renovation! Extremely pleased with our gorgeous new bathroom!

Excellent service and communication from office staff, estimator and plumber. I have had work done by these guys through my landlord and they were great. This time I got them to do work at my Mum’s house. She was wrapped with how polite and professional the plumber was. Exceptionally neat and tidy. Perfect on all levels.

I have recently had my patio replaced by Esteem which was a complex job and I found the staff to be very helpful and responsive in all aspects of the process. Their willingness to discuss how the job was to be tackled and to resolve problems was much appreciated. I was impressed by their attention to detail and their additional effort to make the job look really good beyond the original specifications. They were polite and friendly and did a great job of cleaning up at the end of each day- my stair carpet has never been so clean! Finally the workmanship was of high quality and delivered on time. I am very pleased with the result and am happy to recommend them.

We had a leaking toilet. They are quick responding and very professional. Big thumbs up to Mitch, who came in and fixed it in no time! Thanks for that, Mitch :)

I never leave comments on service providers, but on this occasion I make an exception. The team from Esteem Group persevered with the detection and repair of a gas leak. Despite a whole host of obstacles they completed the task to my total satisfaction. The "Wonderful Wood Brothers" (yes, they were brothers) were courteous, quick, clean and tidy and all-round fun blokes. I wish all tradies were this good.

We have used Esteem Plumbing through our real estate agent a couple of times, they were really friendly and did a fantastic job! They were prompt with our request and contacted us as soon as our property manager passed on our job to set up a convenient time to fix our bathroom issues. Carmen in the office communicated our instructions through to Jesse who completed the job as to where our keys could be located and returned to as we personally couldn't attend.
Jesse completed the job and left our house in the state in which he found it and fixing what needed to be fixed.
Jesse & Carmen were both great to deal with and I would highly recommend Esteem Plumbing to others who need any plumbing job completed professionally without the hassle. We have passed on their details to our new real estate agency as their service is second to none.

I had esteem plumbing out today to fix our blocked system. They were exactly on time which is rare for tradespeople.
Jesse and Darren (especially Darren 😉) were efficient and thorough. They were fantastic considering what I proposed to be a simple fix became a complicated job involving our joint sewerage system with our next door neighbours. Jesse was able to consult and negotiate with them and ultimately repair our system. I was also impressed by their reasonable fees which weren't nearly as much as I was expecting.
Also, points for them removing their shoes each time they walked through the house.👍👍
