The Coffee Emporium Willows

Easter Saturday visit, and it was busy as expected. My food order was mislaid in the process, but I'm giving 5 stars as the young lady (long dark hair) who handled the situation did perfectly! I accept that mistakes do happen from time to time, and she owned up to the error, apologised sincerely, and offered me two different options to resolve it.

Service was great. They were professional in handling the demands of a group get together. Ceaser salad awesome as with the coffee. Service was quick, and the hot foods were hot. Well done folks. 5out of 5

Coffee shop at WILLOWS shopping centre. What a wonderful, caring, compasionate staff you have. The food is so fresh, presented very well n profesional. Very clean environment. Caters for disabeled people. I ordered a salmon wrap n it would be the most outstanding. Delicious meal ive eaten in a long time. I go there every week cause i know i get top QUALITY food n service. My hat off too the girls at WILLOWS COFFEE EMPORIUM.

Best coffee, chocolate and cakes. Nothing is to much for them. They go out there way to please the customers. Best service and will keep coming back to coffee again

Great food and enjoyable atmosphere. The coffee has an uniqueness to it that is not like anywhere else in Townsville. It is my favorite place for my mornings!

Today I had the most beautiful coffee made by Chrishna; a double shot flat white complemented by a pistachio biscuit. Mm it was delicious. Thanks guys 😉
