Sir Paz Estate

I recently visited Sir Paz Estate and was thoroughly impressed by the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable. The wine selection was exquisite, showcasing a range of flavours that truly highlighted the quality of their vineyard. Additionally, the food served was delightful, pairing perfectly with the wines and enhancing the tasting experience. What made the visit even more special was the breathtaking view of the vineyard, providing a serene backdrop that made every sip of wine feel like a celebration. I highly recommend Sir Paz Estate to anyone looking for an outstanding winery experience that combines excellent wine, food, service, and scenic beauty.

First stop of a winery day tour in the Yarra Valley and it was, by far, the best of the day. Our host for the tasting was warm and engaging, and the service was polished and elegant. I learned a great deal in the short time and the wine was superb.

The estate itself is stunning, with sweeping views and the restaurant and menu look top notch. Would love to get back one day for lunch.

First time visiting here today, staff & food were amazing. The view was also lovely. If I had 1 little complaint though, it was strange they didn't offer coffee after the meal, but having said that it wouldn't stop me from returning.

We visited on Friday with our family (6 adults and 2 infants - one almost 1yo and one almost 2yo). We arrived a few minutes early to avoid the "arrival rush", and were shown to our table with 2 high chairs for the little ones. Kelly conducted the wine tasting at our lunch table, and was flexible with our individual choices of wines - not stuck to a rigid list like some wineries (some stick to the same 5 wines for all group members, but not here). Tasting fee $10pp refundable on purchase.
Oh, and the food for lunch? We had a variety of platters, and a couple of pizzas, with some special selections for one dairy-intolerant person, and one nut allergy person - all accommodated with ease. And the food was all very nice. Highly recommend. And make sure to book because they often book out in advance.

I ordered the Grand Cru menu and it was absolutely delicious. The food was cooked meticulously and did not disappoint in any way. Sparkling Shiraz was also an absolute delight.

Props to Chef Louis and the waitstaff team for the fantastic food and service all around even though it was hailing. We will back soon!

Kelly the restaurant manager made us feel so welcomed & even greater us with more wine than expected from the wine testing menu!
Food was cooked to perfection,
We have tried the following,
- Sir Paz cured meats n cheese board
- Boccocilini salad
- Pizza
- lamb shoulder
- Skewers
- Pear crumble dessert
Everything was sooo good, pizza might be missing some salt but was wood fire with very tasty dough.
Lamb shoulder was our favourite, very tender n sooo tasty.
We are certainly coming back to this place.
A plus was the great open area for the kids to run around while you sip your wine in this serene area!

Definitely worth the drive or if you're passing through on a road trip, do yourself a favour and stop in for lunch. Food is executed very well, It's simple & honest, Supported by the views from the dining terrace, But the wine is superb! sparkling shiraz and rose are the winners here (You'll be buying some to take home for sure). Knowledgeable manager Kelly who makes the experience even more top notch.

My husband booked a table for our 14th anniversary. we had lunch with our daughter and it was amazing. the view was great, the food and Shiraz wine were excellent, the staff were very nice and professional. we definitely will come back.

We had a lovely lunch this afternoon at Sir Paz. The views were relaxing and the customer service was amazing.
My only suggestion would be to put more ingredients on the pizza otherwise the meals were delicious.Kelly was very friendly and offered great customer service.

It was a perfect dining experience. All dishes were very good, especially the lamb shoulder. The meat was so tender you could pull off from the bones easier. Good food, great wine, friendly staff and the most amazing views - I couldn’t ask for more!

Nice view, nice atmosphere, nice staffs, nice wines. Try the Blance de blance, sparkling Shiraz and Late.. I loved them. I highly recommend it

What a wonderful place for a tasting, meal, or to simply enjoy amazing views. If you're lucky, you'll be looked after by cellar door manager Kelly. The wines at Sir Paz are great, both current and back vintages. Take note, this special gem is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday!

We have very few words to describe how beautiful and peaceful this winery is, the wine, the food, the view, it's everything. We absolutely love it and hope to be back more often. Thank you!

Had our first year Wedding Anniversary lunch at Sir Paz Estate and were instantly impressed by the friendly staff and lovely views from our table by the window, we had a lovely time and want to congratulate Kelly, Natalie & the chef Louis for a job well done in making us feel welcome. We arrived just after 4pm on a Sunday and were greeted by a friendly an welcoming staff member. We were asked if we would like to have a tasting or purchase glasses of wine and offered a table on the lawn with lovely views of the estate. We tried some wines and then made our selection of glasses of wine and shown to our table.
It was a warm day but lovely sitting in the shade if the umberella. The estate has a restaurant which we will book in for as we will be back. The wines were really great and we purchased some to take home. Highly recommend Sir Paz estate and we are looking forward to trying the food on our next visit.

Service was first class, manager was awesome in helping construct a selection of dishes for the table to share.

Food was to die for, cooked perfectly and decent portions.

Would happily recommend an afternoon spent overlooking the Yarra Valley, with great food and great wine. Life doesn't get any better.

Amazing atmosphere, great food and wine, awesome view and perfect service. we went there for our anniversary and will definitely go back again, remember to book in advance though specifically for weekends.

Absolutely amazing.
Started with the most delicious chicken skewers, perfectly tender (not dry) with a gorgeous charring accompanied with the most delicious yoghurt sauce. Followed by the slow, cooked lamb shoulder with Kipfler potatoes….OMG, the lamb was cooked to perfection! Soft juicy & tender, simply amazing! We went back the following week and again we were amazed.
Looking forward to the next visit!!
