Amazing Korean food in Carnegie! We throughly enjoyed all the dishes that we ordered, especially the fried chicken and pancake. The fried chicken is by far the best I’ve had in Melbourne! Service is efficient, attentive and friendly. Enjoyed the whole dining experience.,Have already recommended the restaurant to our friends and they loved it too. Will definitely be back frequently.

I can see why this place is rated highly. The staff are pleasant, the food is delicious and presented beautifully, and the portion sizes are good. I really enjoyed the cold noodles here - really refreshing to have in between the hot dishes. The chuncheon spicy chicken is an interesting dish I haven't noticed in other Korean restaurants that comes with a delicious steamed egg dish. Next time, I'll come back to try the fried chicken that lots of other tables were getting. I'm not sure if there is a toilet here.

We enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. Their speciality is Chuncheon spicy chicken, and it's worth trying.

I recommend sharing dishes rather than ordering individually.

The restaurant closes relatively early - 21:00 even on a Friday night (last order at 20:00). Granted this is suburbia, but it would be nice if places like this stayed open a bit later.

Looking at the menu it seemed a bit expensive, but in the end we only paid about $22 per person (excluding drinks) and came away quite full.

As delicious as ever! Great Korean BBQ with tasty sude dishes. Kimchi soup delicious too. Has chicken with sauce on the side, SO CRUNCHY!!

We had beef set menu and a rice bowl with beef and fried egg.

The staff did the barbecue for us.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The fried chicken was so juicy and crispy 🤤 The cold noodles were super refreshing. Definitely will be back for more 😆

The best Naengmyeon (물냉면) and original combination of ingredient's, and the delicious Chncheon spicy chicken is a rare find since only seen in Korea. It’s a hidden gem and there were so many walk-in customers that had to be turned away because it was packed so need to make reservations. It’s a modest looking and unassuming restaurant, but it’s so underrated and one of the best original Korean restaurants in Australia.

You know how sometimes you know exactly what you want. Tonight we went looking for Korean BBQ. There were a few to choose from in the neighbourhood and we chose this one because they had a good menu of alternatives. We ended up with a mix of meals including kimchi pancakes, Korean fried chicken, bibimbap, bulgogi, and the beef and pork bbq set. I’d take off a star for not allowing us to cook at the table (technical glitch) but add that star back in for graciously cooking for us. All up it was a great meal.

Wonderful food. We had a great time. Food was delicious and served hot 🔥. Highly recommended. The staff was so kind and friendly. Would definitely come back.

Our favourite Korean place in Carnegie. Must try the Chuncheon spicy chicken and ask for a bit more extra heat. Portion was huge! It came with steamed eggs and the combination of spicy food and hot creamy egg was so heavenly good. Also tried the samgyetang as my dad was feeling not well and it was perfect for him.

Chun ceon chicken to share for two!! Definately can feed more than two, delicious, attentive and great service with alot of smiles today from the girls. Thank you and recomended!!

I highly recommend here if you are looking for a true Korean restaurant in Mel. Chuncheon spicy chicken is my fav Must try it :))

Very underrated KBBQ! Delicious, reasonable prices, cooking done for you. Our waiter even introduced us to a Korean cocktail loosely translating to "after this you forget the night" (?) Definitely didn't forget how good the food was. Would rate 6 stars if I could. Will be back!

Great little place tucked away in carnegie, but the food was amazing. Service was fast and food arrived nice and hot. One of the best Korean restaurants I've been to for absoluter certainty.

Such an awesome little restaurant. The food is so so delicious. One of my favourite places to get Tteokbokki! The BBQ here is super delicious too and the portions are very generous. Definitely worth trying this place out!

Went there last night for Korean BBQ. In summary, we loved it.

The meat cut was good (we had pork set), and the staff cut all the meat in front of us, making sure none of the meat get burnt.

They had a few variety of side dishes (or Banchan) that come along with the set, and we were offered multiple refills.

Convenient location that is close to the station, and the price is reasonable. We are a happy customer and will be back again!

We googled the nearest best Korean near us, Yano Yami got my interest based on the reviews and that fact it was a compact feel, we weren’t dissatisfied, not a big place and that’s what we liked, possibly described as more intimate, the staff were wonderful, attentive and experienced, food exceeded my expectations, overall 8.5/10 and we loo forward to coming back, thank you

A truly hidden gem & treasure in the Carnegie neighbourhood.

The real star here is the Korean BBQ, but all the dishes are very very good! The quality of the meats is top notch, and they are grilled to perfection. Great side dishes (banchan) as well, with two you don't commonly see - a potato side dish, and Tofu in sweet soy. Worth the trip alone!

Every dish is authentic, and service is always friendly. This is now our go-to Korean restaurant, and we'll definitely be back many, many times!
