Fabulous! After two sessions with Laura I can certainly notice an improvement. She’s friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Reception staff great too and appointments run to time!

Hadn’t been to hands on for many years. Used to see Ali, who was always fantastic at helping regain movement and reducing pain. Saw Emily this time round. I was very impressed. Found dramatic improvements in 24 hrs,after 2 weeks struggling to walk.
The only practise I can honestly say that I actually notice an improvement after the treatment. Rather than just, “that was nice.

I have been suffering from severe Bruxism for more than 30 years. I have seen numerous therapists/specialists/surgeons but in the end, it was here that I received the correct treatment. Thank you, Dee! For 5 years I was pain free but after having had Covid, the attacks came back. Again, thanks to Dee, after 4 sessions, I am “all good”.

Searched for a myotherapy massage and this place pops up. Am super happy with the results from Emily. She is super duper nice and bubbly. Same goes with the receptionists. Always with a smile.
