Shadowfax Winery

Perfect location for long Sunday lunch. Beautiful mostly-Italian menu, most things great for sharing too. Pizza was a little too crisp on one side, but the dough was top tier and generous on the toppings. Can't wait to come back.

Nice environment , good food and service in this restaurant, and best is that it's near the zoo and rose garden and winery is right next to it, so it's definitely a nice place to stop by in a day trip in Werribee.

You should try their pizza and tiramisu! You will love them !

It's nice that they have vegetarian choices as well.

I’ve been here a few times. The food this time is much better. I highly recommend wood-fired pizzas. The main courses are good too. Nothing to complain about except for the price.

Very nice, got pizza, calamari, and kingfish. The waitress took us down into the cellar. Interesting for Werribee!!

Today we hosted 27 people at Shadowfax to celebrate my wife's birthday. I booked weeks in advance and enjoyed ongoing support via email and phone calls up to the day to ensure everything was well organised. Without being asked the staff served drinks to our guests on the lawn as we took some group photos. From there the whole experience was thoughtful, efficient and relaxed. The set menu was delicious and despite being a large group there was no loss of timeliness or quality. The cuisine was superb, the set menu is wonderfully varied. And there was a lot of it. We had to take pizzas away. The band provided a lovely backdrop. Most outstanding of all was the excellent service. Amazing staff. Thanks for a great day we will remember for years to come.

We had lunch outside, and the ambient of the garden was very relaxing . Staff were polite and provided a great service. The food served was excellent and of high quality.

Great weekend getaway here after last time visit in 2019. Absolutely enjoy the pizza and the nature around the restaurant.

Friendly staff and live music on-site on Sunday afternoon made my day. Especially, people all with big smiles. We love sitting outside despite the windy day. Great service and food.

My family and I had lunch there last weekend, beautiful setting, delicious food & great service. The wines are good, they could have another person on the tasting bar as we would have liked to ask more questions but it was too busy for one person. The wines are reasonably priced.

How have I not dined here sooner!? What an amazing place to have lunch, the food was delicious and made with effort and love. Such a beautiful setting and the staff were lovely. Definitely coming back! Thank you Shadowfax!

Shadowfax is the best thing living in Point Cook. We’ve always had pleasant family/friends meal here. If you want quality, fresh meal that you can pair with wine or just have casual cocktail or wine tasting, this is the perfect place. There’s plenty of car spaces, not crowded, indoor or outdoor seating and live performers sometimes. Staffs are great too.

Had a great dinner at shadow fax. The food and drink were all top quality and very tasty. The live music was also great, it was just the right level to be background music so that conversations could still be had. The food was a little bit pricey but the taste/quality made it of value.

We had dinner and drinks on a Friday night. We sat outside which was better for us as it was good weather and much quieter. The staff were fabulous, very welcoming and helpful…..nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious (the stuffed olives a MUST try) and the wine was good enough that we bought some to take home! I loved the time taken by the team to tell us about the wines. Live music was playing which was a great addition to the atmosphere. All in all we loved it and would definitely come back.

Awesome - the venue is stunning and the food and beverage offering is outstanding.

The team really know what they are doing and it would be challenging to find a better cellar door and lunch.

Excellent service, well presented meals. Outdoor grounds are pleasant and kid friendly. Wish I had more time today to explore and do more wine tasting, but there's always next time. Weekends have live music to enjoy. If you're in the west it's well worth coming here if you want to save the long drive to the Yarra Valley.

Renee and her team were absolutely incredible! We couldn’t have had a better venue for my daughter’s wedding last night. Even though plans were changing daily due to Melbournes weather, they were always accomodating and so kind. Best food. Best staff. Best atmosphere. Would highly highly recommend

I’m local but never had chance to come this beautiful place before.
Me& my friend came for just wine tasting without booking on Sunday afternoon. They were very friendly and very welcome attitude to take us to wine tasting counter.
The lady who serves wine was very attentive and knowledge, she was generously let us try all of them.

All wine was lovely , we like to come back next time for lunch.

After we left, stopped over state Rose garden& Werribee mantion garden where located just 5 mints down the road from the winery. We had little picnic.

Lovely weekend experience just 30 mints away from city.

Better book for lunch as tables are limited & popular.

Nice winery 🍷 in the western suburbs! Had the woodfired pizzas and I'm still dreaming of the dough 😅 good ambiance with live music. We sat outside and enjoyed the view 😍
