I brought my nephew last week to be reviewed by the doctor for the first time at this clinic. The whole experience was great. The receptionists are so friendly. Dr Ibrahim Tinawi checked the little one thoroughly and responded to my many questions. I felt grateful and safe to look after the little one while his mother was interstate. Thank you Dr Tinawi and Plenty Valley clinic.

I have been a patient of Dr Hanaa for many years now and can highly recommend her. Her dedication to her patients is commendable, she is empathetic and caring. It's great to have good female doctor that I can talk to about anything to. She always takes her time and I never feel like I am being rushed. Thank you Dr Hanna.

I highly recommend Dr Hanna, she is highly knowledgeable and experienced in her field, is fantastic for the whole family. It’s hard to finding a good GP let alone a female one and Dr Hanna is excellent. When seeing her she listens and supports, and always accommodates my family and I. No question unanswered when being consulted by Dr Hanna, her availability is fantastic. I highly recommend 😊

After having a string of bad experiences with GPs in the area I was convinced to find a GP that was supportive and thorough. Dr Hanna is exceptional. She was sympathetic and supportive particularly throughout my high risk pregnancy, answers all my concerns and encouraged me to contact AHPRA to report malpractice of a previous GP from a different clinic. She will fit my child in whenever she can and listens to my concerns. She is the only female doctor I’ve seen to work after hours on weekends! Can’t fault her.

Ive been going to Plenty Valley Medical Centre for many years, Dr Hanaa is an amazing doctor. She always listens to my concerns and assists my family and I with our concerns. When booking here for the first time, i recommend asking for Dr Hanaa.

I'm a patient of Dr Hanaa Ibrahim for a very long time. She is one of most experienced doctor with a gift of diagnose the problem at the first time and prescribe the right medication. She is very patient and take the time to listen to gives the right advice at the first glance. I always commend Dr Hanaa Ibrahim for her professional conduct and caring of her patients. She is an asset to any clinic she practice in.

Needed my 14 month old seen as she is unwell and unable to get in with her regular GP clinic. Was able to get in on the day and saw Dr Ahmed he was very gentle and caring with my daughter and reassuring to me! He made sure to check everything and was kind

The clinic is clean and is in a convenient location with lots of parking and with coffee shop and next to chemist warehouse if you need to fill a script. I think they also have pathology and a nurse on-site. Reception staff were kind too. Would recommend Dr Ahmed

I attended the clinic today and saw Dr Hannah Ibrahim. During my consultation she listened to and addressed my health concerns. She was very thorough and professional. Dr Ibrahim took the time to explain what procedures needed to take place and made me feel relaxed. I am very satisfied with Dr Ibrahim's service and i would recommend her in the future. In stark contrast to other reviewers, I saw Dr Hanna Ibrahim yesterday and have a completely different perspective. Dr Ibrahim obtained a family history, this after apologizing for being a little late because her previous patient was a new patient and she wanted to set her at ease and obtain a complete history. FYI: Until fairly recently I was on faculty at a medical school, I have good idea about what I can expect. Dr Ibrahim is by far the best MD I have seen in the 21 years I have been in Australia. I would recommend her, and have done already, to other patients seeking an attentive and clearly informed MD. I am sorry that other patients do not feel the same way. I, however, am going to ensure moving forward that I ask to see Dr Ibrahim.

Dr. Hanna is an excellent practitioner especially for kids. She is thorough and realistic and very practical. Great family doctor

My 5 stars go to Dr Saka and Dr Ahmed. I usually see Dr Saka who is fantastic but this week I accidentally split my finger open and showed up at the clinic without an appointment. I was bought straight in to see the Nurse and Dr Ahmed who immediately cleaned me up and sent me for Xrays before stitching my hand up. He did a great job and was extremely gentle, caring and professional 😊

I don't know why there are negative reviews for this clinic. Been going there for over 20 years without any problems.

I recently attended this clinic and as usual very pleased with the great service by all the receptionists at the front desk all with a welcoming smile and always helpful. The new and improved clinic is very nice and has easy and ample parking. I was also pleasantly surprised Chemist Warehouse has now opened right next door. I have seen most of the doctors at this clinic and all have been professional and helpful with any of my health concerns.
Keep up the great service .

Dr Manal is so good, she really cares for her patients. I go there for myself and my family and she has been taking care of our health for almost 2 years. She always gives us the time needed and never rush anything. She is one of the best doctors.

Have never posted reviews on anything before but felt I needed to. I have been seeing Dr McKenzie for about 1 year now, and having had the worst possible medical year of my life, Dr McKenzie has been empathetic, understanding and caring. He is a professional and highly knowledgeable GP. I spent 5 nights in hospital and then returned via ambulance 1 day after discharge following a fairly major operation I was in severe pain, 2 days later visited Dr McKenzie, who treated me, I've woken up this morning, after 8hrs sleep and problem addressed. It was a simple solution in hindsight but just took someone to listen and understand.

Have been a patient of Dr Hanaa Ibrahim for 7 years she is the best doctor I have ever seen ,just recently took my daughter to see her and she was fantastic with her ❤

I booked an appointment for my son to se Dr Seyfi who has history working in paediatrics. I was referred by a friend to this clinic recently and not wanting to travel the distance to see my nromal gp I thought I would give this clinic a go. I was very happy with the service, receptionists were fantastic with a lovely smile and very friendly. Dr Seyfi was wonderful. He gave my son a thorough look over and I felt he wasnt rushing me out the door or making me feel silly because it was just a viral sickness. He made sure he was giving my son the best care with his time. I will defiantly be returning again.

Stephen Hall really you got that experience from that medical center?? I got treated with respect, loyalty and a convenience that coming from out of town, Dr Kyrou a fantastic, calm , understanding and gave me credit and saved me from getting sick. I have a big issue though, I lost my other Medicare card and I replaced it but not thinking that to change the Medicare number, I have been told I have been to this clinic and that clinic, but I have a stat Dec just in case I need to provide it..
But yeah Stephen sorry buddy but the receptionists behavior were kind gentle sensitive and the doctor was the same in a blokes way and understood my situation as well.. I might have to go back there in 2 weeks to see him again and I am hoping that I can get the same service again..

I am a huge fan of Dr Theo Kryou. I have always found him to be friendly and considerate. I was having trouble sleeping once and asked him for some medication to help. He was very wary of prescribing medication that might, in the short term address my immediate problem, but in the long term create another. He suggested an alternative which did help. I respect how seriously he takes his responsibilities as a doctor, and encourage Mr. Luke Thorney to reconsider his assessment of Dr Theo's competency.

He's also the only... ONLY, punctual GP I have ever known. I am embarrassed to admin that I was late to an appointment with him once, which I regret because he is the only doctor that I know that will call you in at the scheduled time. Most GPs that I have dealt with have no problem making you wait for half an hour when they have overloaded their schedule.

The doctors and staff are always friendly and helpful. I often take my 2 year old and have dealt with Rose at reception who always goes out of her way to help. Highly recommend them.
