Australia Post - El Arish LPO

Could not fault this little post office at all! The lady is so lovely, helpful and so knowledgeable about all of the policies and procedures of Australia Post, and had no problem explaining these to me in a kind and professional manner. What an asset this little shop is to the Australia Post franchise.

The lady that works at El-Arish postoffice is awesome ! She is friendly , helpful and professional at her job .

Not the best place to get mail sent as the lady there is very rude and gets mail mixed up with others. And says if I don’t remove my review she will take me to court !! All due to P.O. Box and house address which to me it’s the same if it’s addressed to house that has no mail box out front it automatically goes to P.O. Box number assigned to that house address am I not correct.!! She is saying i need to put a completely different address down which is not my address ??!!

Personally I just really Don’t appreciate the way she treats others, directly confronts me over the fact that I get mail sent to El Arish LPO because the post box’s do not come up as a valid destination to send mail, she also love to make you sign for mail you ain’t gotta sign for ✌
