I really don’t agree with the negative reviews here, I think people just like to have a whinge sometimes.

Anyway, my first eating experience of this restaurant was excellent. Promptly delivered on what I imagine was a busy Saturday night. The food was a perfect temperature, the double beef patty burger was delicious and not too greasy (which honestly is a rarity with a double patty double cheese burger) and the onion rings were sublime, as well as the chips.

I highly recommend this place with a pub grub/American style to their food, and really enjoyed it. Reasonable prices for the portion sizes too.

I ordered the Single & Simple Burger and the Bolognese Fries last night and it was the best burger I’ve ever had!! The fries were also delish and the serving size was very generous. I got it delivered and was still hot and looked amazing. Very happy and will be ordering again for sure 😊

Been here a handful of times and the burgers and chips are always great.

Ordered the Veggie Burger for me, and a hot chick burger for the Mrs. We loved it! It was a good size, BUT of it was just a tad bigger I'd give 6 stars. Will definitely order again. And soon.

Orders hsp Parma pack and it was unreal! Chips and meat were perfect

Ordered the bacon burger and the bacon was the worst part. McDonald's bacon would be less rubbery than this. Got a doughnut snack pack too and at least half of the doughnuts had nothing on them. Rubbish food for the price. Not worth it at all.

HSP.. Chips are amazing but the chicken was so dry. Lamb was like it was stewed more than BBQ'd. We basically paid $17 for chips as the rest was yuck.

Ordered a burger delivered.

Sit down with my movie ready to go and open the burger box only to be flooded by ridiculous amounts of juice filling the entire bottom of the box.
The bottom bun was falling apart, I could’ve eaten it with a spoon.

Worst part is when I contact the restaurant they say, oh thats what happens with delivery, if you want come pick one up!!
No thanks, never again. Do not recommend.

Pretty ordinary - got half our order delivered, spent 20 mins on the phone to be told the rest would be there in 5-10 mins and offered a $10 credit. Rest of the food never showed and an hour later got a refund. Donuts were overproofed and rubbery - won’t be ordering again.

Pretty poor. Wait 45 minutes for my order which they said will be ready in 20 minutes, then get told at the counter that ‘ they forgot to put lamb on your meat lovers order’ and offer you a $2 discount.
Pretty bad effort guys. At least remake the order when you stuff it up...

Had the Beef burger. Worst burger ever. Normally, you can have a dry burger or a generally boring burger, but this one was disgusting.
Wouldn't feed my dog their "food"

I if could give a zero stars I would, waited over an hour sitting in the shop, the chips were raw, onion rings raw, Missing half the ingredients on the Parma. Absolutely disgusting will not be going back and will not be recommending it to any of my friends. Don’t waste your money

The only good part of the experience was the delivery. The double chicken burger was tiny, claims to have 2 x chicken schnitzel, it's actually just 1 schnitzel cut in half. No effort at all went into the making of this burger, and flavour was pretty dull

Poor quality food, bad service. Don't waste your money. Had my order mixed up. Ended up getting old and cold food.

Parma’s were the size of my palm, and the chips were tasteless, won’t be coming back
