I used them several years ago and found them excellent, everything was easy and they were very efficient

Metropolitan Solicitors are good to use if you want a cheaper rate. However if you want great customer service, especially if you are a first home buyer or seller then this does not work out. Asking the same question or getting further clarification, gets a stern response - similar to a school teacher telling you off. If you know what you are doing already then they would be okay to use. However again, if your new to real estate and will be asking heaps of questions they are not the friendliest bunch - you get what you pay for.

Do not use them unless you want cheaper price. Very slow to respond and most of the time no response. Stay away from this business and pay little bit more for good customer service. I would not even give them 1 star. I wont use them in future.

Not happy at all with the services we have received; staff has been very slow to respond.
Our son was not happy either with the services.
We will never use their services again: not good enough in any way...

Fraud advertising at a fixed $750 service fee, and charge me at $970, after I cancel the job with them still charge me $205 for nothing, a totally fraud, no recommendation to anyone!
