Sails on Horseshoe - Magnetic Island Accommodation

We really enjoyed our stay at Unit 10 Sails on Horseshoe and Magnetic Island. The accomodation was perfect. Very clean, well maintained and in an amazing location right on Horseshoe Bay beach. We were travelling with 2 children and a baby and Liz, who manages the property, went out of her way to assist us. She was delightful to deal with and provided a travel cot and chair for our baby. We will definitely be back for another visit.

We stayed in Unit 10 for 2 nights. The Unit Property Manager Liz is friendly and helpful with great communication. The unit looked recently refurbished with lovely modern decor and was spotlessly vlean. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were super comfortable, I wanted to take the king bed in the main bedroom home it was that good. Great layout if staying with family or friends with the 2 bedrooms separated by the main bathroom downstairs, then the kitchen, living and laundry with a very convenient 2nd toilet upstais. It was lovely to sit and have coffee on the top floor balcony in the morning with garden and ocean views. Internet and phone coverage can be a problem in some places on the Island but once we connected to the free wifi in the unit we didn't have any problems. The unit even has a designated covered car park. Great location down the quiet end of Horseshoe Bay with only a short 100 - 200 metre walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops. Great value for money, I highly recommend and look forward to our next stay.

Wonderful place to stay with the family for the weekend. The views are incredible, really worth it!

Great apartment in a prime location right across from the beach, comfortable and clean. Nice lagoon pool and great barbecue area by the pool. Kathy was lovely, extremely helpful when we arrived early, kept our luggage and called me to let me know when our room was ready. Left one of my dresses in the wardrobe and she has very kindly offered to post it home to me. Thanks Kathy and Phil for a lovely stay 😊

Our stay at Sails was terrific. The apartment was clean and well appointed with even a hair dryer, shampoo and a coffee plunger provided!! Kathy and Phil were very happy to assist with any of our requests and very knowledgeable about the area.

We stayed in no.13 and found it excellent. Very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. Right opposite beach and great views from balcony. Very good prices. Nice people in office being very helpful. Very comfortable beds. Loved everything about this place. Coming back for sure. Also, good pool.

Very good service. The location is right across the road from the beach, allowing visitors and tourists to be able to easily go for walk or swim. Pool facilities and parking are also available, with a nice feel to the apartments. Reasonably priced when I travelled, would recommend the visit

Very relaxing stay, we were offered late checkout at no extra charge as the room was not required for other guests until the following afternoon. I left my phone behind and the owners arranged to return it to me the same day that I realised it was missing. Excellent customer service A+++

Great location, rooms are very nice. Has a great pool area. Recommended for families or a group looking to enjoy a weekend away.

Great place, right on the beach. Kathy and Phil went out of their way to make our stay convenient, swapping us to a different apartment with the right bed arrangement, and even providing eskys and beach towels!

Amazing hosts. Treated like royalty. Nothing a drama. Unit presented fantastically. Even offer a small car or scooter for free to run around the island. Will definitely be back.

Quiet, very close to the beach ,shops & public transport. The free car & scooters were an added bonus, the staff were helpful & friendly
