Island Fever Surfwear

Friendly staff, great range of brands and excellent service. The prices were cheap compared to other surf shops and the clothing was of great quality, the staff were very friendly, patient and helpful. The clothing range was good and stocked many types of clothing from bikinis to winter coats. Would shop there again when on the island.
The only negative feedback I would give is the children's clothing range which did not stock as many items as liked.

The person working was a little bit rude but understandable as I was taking forever lol.

Was so shocked when the sales lady told me the price of my items that I bought! Ridiculously overpriced, and a huge stooge to customers for not putting the prices on their items or giving an itemised receipt of everything so we can double check where our money is going! Also the sales lady was so rude! We had to say hello to her first after we felt her eyes watching us as we walked around the shop. She also made some really rude comments to us when we didn’t buy something and put it back, was also as cold and rude as a brick wall. We are almost 100% sure we have been ripped off.

Went in, several of us, and we did buy a few hundred dollars worth of items, but the woman behind the counter was the rudest, useless person there is. A personality like a brick wall, complains when you have a question. I asked about their chapstick as many had been opened, and the safety seal was broken, and when I asked about another her response was that she said that it's no big deal and she said she was apparently "watching" me and I had smelled a few of the sunscreens they had available as they claimed they had amazing scents as party of their marketing. So I smelled a few, which not one had a safety seal or the like.so all were easy to open. I don't see an issue with opening a non sealed to smell it especially when it boasts of a great scent. She was rude and dismissive. Would avoid this place at ALL cost. Over priced and rude workers/owners .

i think i might have been charged NZ sale prices and not the Australia sale price as marked on the tag. All other tags where removed by the shop assistant except the last item.
