We hadn't booked an appointment and there was no hesitation to fit us in. The ease and stress free service provided by all staff was a breath of fresh air. We got exactly what we had come in for plus more with an offer to manage our travel arrangements without pressure. Great service, totally recommend.

I accidentally locked my cat in the car at the vets, and RACQ were there in about 10mins, (which felt like hours for me and my cat).
They unlocked my car, cat is safe, and RACQ didn't even charge me for their time.

Went there to make an international driving licence and had to wait less than 5min to be seen by somebody. The whole process was very quick and professionally done. Plus the staff was super nice!

RACQ Bank in Willows Shopping Centre delivered the best customer service experience I have ever encountered in ANY bank in Townsville. They offer you a seat and a private cubicle to conduct business if its more than a simple counter transaction.
I ended up opening a further new account as well being offered a better rate for a Term Deposit and left feeling like a genuinely valued customer. If this fabulous customer service and the way business is dealt with is due to the Management/Manager then kudos to them. Don't ever change .. all of you at RACQ bank Willows are offering a service which is truly out of the ordinary.

Was great service for a 1am call that had nothing to do with roadside assistance.

After obtaining home & contents ins on line we went to the office on March 11 before the cooling off and asked for another quote.
Taylor dealt with it and cancelled the policy and started a new one much cheaper. She phoned RAA in Adelaide to make us gold members, looked up google maps of the house we are buying to see what % of the roof is covered by solar panels.
Very thorough and understanding explaining details of the policy. Remained calm and did not lose her train of thought when we were firing questions at her.
Taylor made the whole experience painless. We cannot thank her enough.

Went here for 2 reasons. Greeted on entry to store, ask for resons of attendance. Shown a seat, the lady returned within 1minute of seating me. Attended to within 3minutes. Business done all with understanding of covid safety. Quick, efficient and politeness, shown and given.

Enquired about a roadside assistance issue and Trainee Zaniah and Manager Jo were most welcoming and guided us through our business. They made us feel comfortable throughout and assisted us at every opportunity. I highly recommend this office and staff for all RACQ enquiries. Far superior service than ringing the 131905 and getting a City (Brisbane) person who doesn't understand regional issues and is no better informed than the local staff.

Quentin from Townsville RACQ roadside assistance is amazing!! He arrived shortly after my car wouldn't start, he was very comprehensive in checking what the problem was and explained to me exactly what was going on, and fixed the problem on the spot. Unfortunately he didn't have the right tools at one point and smartly improvised allowing me to get back on the road asap. Fantastic, friendly, professional service!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for roadside assistance. Good job Quentin!!

This wonderful young lady called Taylor dealt with us for a house insurance policy at Willows..She explained everything clearly and couldn't do enough to help us get our premium down.We were both from Adelaide, recently moved to Townsville purchasing a house.Never expected this type of service here, so I'm so glad we joined RACQ here and will now consider using them more in future.Outstanding young staff member a credit to the company.

My wife had problems with their ATM and the lady went out of her way to help her. Would recommend it to anyone for the service that was given.

However, I feel sorry for the RACQ staff that are made to stand all day at the entrance.
