Supercheap Auto Nambour

Went in to pick up my click and collect lat afternoon yesterday. To find out it was the wrong item (honest mistake). Afterwards they kept the doors open for me after closing just to resolve my problem. The gentleman Rob personally drove to grab my item from another store and deliver it early the next morning. Customer service goes above and beyond at this store!

Best auto shop to get what you want at a competative price... and the staff are very professional..

SCA are a long way from the cheap junk store they used to be. I have found staff to be more knowledgeable too in many cases.
I do miss some of the lines they used to stock, I don't find that stuff anywhere else. There are more known brands and somewhat better quality in their own branded gear.

Had excellent service from Jamie at Nambour. Very efficient, friendly and patient - when I didn't know exactly what was needed.
Also helped me carry things to the car which was much appreciated.

Jamie from Nambour was so helpful when I described the problem I had with my van audio. She was very knowledgeable and spoke from experience, which certainly gave me confidence about the product advice and the dismantling and installation of a replacement single DIN media player. Thanks Jamie.

Most welcoming Supercheap store you will find. Customer service is 10/10. Staff are very knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make sure your instore experience is a good one. If they don't have what you need in store, they will do their very best to get it in for you. Definitely recommend this store.

Want to thank a legend who works at Nambour, Gareth for his awesome assistance with fixing my head light problem, friendly and nothing was a problem even showed me how to change my bulbs for next time. Explained everything to me even how a relay works. Saved me dollars as I was about to go to an auto electrician or a possible fine for having dim lights. He knows his stuff thank you Gareth. Then there was the lovely helpful lass at front counter who helped look up my car on Google but couldn't find my car it's an old bestie, but that didn't stop her she told me Gareth would be able to help me and have a look, best customer service!! she could have easily have said sorry can't help but went above and beyond unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. You are both legends

What can I say, Supercheap auto is a franchise, and almost every store has the same layout, so you know what products/items/prices you can expect walking into any of the supacheap auto stores Australia wide. Only real differences are accessibility and staff. First point accessibility, not the easiest to navigate to get too (head around behind the store) but there's miles of parking under the store once you get there, and yes wheelchair accessible and friendly, and the staff, I haven't had a lot of interaction with them but the lady I spoke with on my visit was quite friendly so that seems to be a good sign.

The staff there are outstanding

I need a petrol cap for my car as I lost it and they had the piece I need to buy. They provided me with great service, and I can't complain. I recommend anyone to go to them.

Supercheap Auto is the place to go if you are needing just about anything. Great new fit out, owners and staff are excellent and welcoming. Plus, heaps of parking underneath the building. Was really impressed by the younger staff with their knowledge and enthusiasm helping with fitting/installing bits on the car 👍🏼

We visited Saturday 20/3/21. From the time we entered the store, until the time we left, we could not fault the attentiveness of the staff that went out of there way to assist. Very impressed and due to that have become members. We will be returning for all car needs. Service is over and above any other outlets.
