Excellent customer service. Had to return a dash cam I bought in Melbourne that stopped working. Didn't have the box, original cable or anything except the unit itself and got a refund with no fuss. Not many places you could do that especially in another state.

Staff are awesome, super helpful and will go out of their way to help find products for you.

We do 😍 our Big W, everything is easy to find, staff are great, we wonder here then there & do it all over again.. Then we head to Rustic Designs Palmwoods check out their Facebook page we do love them xx

I came into big w to make a purchase for my store. I was taking a photo of my receipt and Selina went OUT OF HER WAY to show me that my reward app lets me direct message my receipts.

Easy parking great product range and stick we wanted was in-store. Bright instore and friendly welcoming staff. Friendly check out staff with fast moving lines. Good socks range with specials too.

I would like to give the staff of Big W Nambour some long overdue praise. I have been shopping here for years, ever since it opened way back when. Even though I have now moved to Buderim, I still drive to Nambour to go there as a preference over Maroochydore. All staff have always been very friendly, helpful and go out of their way to make you feel valued. Well done!

I was there at state of origin time wanting to purchase some seafood to cook for my daughter. After encountering a very unhelpful staff member who informed us they decided to close seafood off early. Like an hour and a half before closing time. I mentioned to the very helpful young lady on customer assist on self serve. That how are we to know as customers when U decide to take an early Mark. And my daughter and I started to leave the complex and the young lady actually run after us to tell us that she had spoken to a manager about the service she thought that we had not received and asked us to come back please so Woolworths could make our experience right. Well my daughter and I went back and told the manager what was said and the not nice experience. Well I have to say this man and young lady are an absolute 5 star employees could not have been nicer and was an absolute blow out to me how they absolutely made myself and my daughter very valued customers. Cheers too them both

A big shout to Karen from Big W Nambour… I was chasing a mattress enhancer and she went beyond her duties and even unpacked a pallet to see if she could fulfill my request… rang me back but alas no luck … thank you Karen you deserve a Xmas bonus for customer service!!! I called with a toy inquiry for Christmas. Karen was AMAZING! She went out of her way to rummage and find the right options for my 3 year old when the product code I needed wasn't there. Thank you again Karen. You get my vote for staff member of the month :)

Very helpful person at self serve checkouts. Thank you. Impressed with service from other staff at layby, electronics and a poor girl with an armful of packaging who took me to the correct dept and the obliging young man who was able to sell me the items I hadn't been able to find on my own. Well done team! Sorry I didn't take note of your names to encourage you personally. Thanks, you made my visit quick, efficient, and enjoyable with your friendly attitudes.

Thank you very much to Karen for her great customer service, the store was out of the bulk Damp Rid and she advised me that it was on the way and if I phoned up to see if it was in it could be put aside for me to pick up within 48 hours. This I did and she answered the phone and checked for me and put aside the product for me. Management should be very proud of this young lady for doing her job so well.

I shop here frequently as I love browsing here. I always end up buying things I didnt go there for as they have so many specials I cant resist. They have a great range of items and their layby is great. The staff are really freindly and helpful some have been there for years so the continuity of dealing with them make it feel even more like freindly customer service. Their goods are well made and long lasting. A very pleasant place to shop

Standard Big W, has everything as usual.

As it happens, my toddler fell asleep in the car on the way to big w and the stroller was in hubby car .... carrying toddler around with other child in two.... out if the blue one of the staff found me a trolley to make life easier. 5 ++++ on customer service.

Just wanting to say a big THANKYOU to staff member Karen at Nambour Big W.. was looking for little one items and Karen asked if I needed a hand with anything I said yes and next thing I have pressies not just for Xmas but birthday aswell... Thankyou Karen (it's not the 1st time either) Nambour Big W is great..

This store is quiet handy place for the kids section, household, garden and some electrical technologies stuffs with good parking space.
