This place is an absolute joke. Super rude staff especially the older bloke. Absolute muppet. Got stuck on the range behind a broken down truck, finally got to the top and stopped here for a feed and bathroom. Had to get a code from the lady inside (difficult task apparently).
A bloke and his very young son were busting for the dunny, trying to open the door. By the time I came out they were walking off and I called out to them so the young fella could have a slash. Next thing I know some old grumpy muppet has pulled a u-turn in the bowsers, blasted his horn at me and then preceded to go off at me because I was going to let this young kid and his dad into the dunny.
Needless to say I didn’t go back in for a feed (was bugger all food anyway).
Will never return here and suggest everyone else avoid it 👍

The staff there treated his guests like they would be his enemies. We just tried to pay for our diesel at the auto EFPOS but it didnt work and he counted us like we have just stolen his leisure time then he screamed at us. The price of diesel there was 192 while the station next stop only charge 182 ( it was our first strip on that way, so we realised that too late). The toilet was also super smelly and dirty and we even couldnt close the door. It was our most terrible service ever of our lives.
I would rate this gas station 0 star if I could. People please MUST AVOID this one or he will ruin your mood during your trip.

Very very poor service. They don’t believe in “mask exemption” therefore are discriminatory. They don’t want to cop a fine for someone without a mask, but are willing to cop a fine based on discrimination. Makes sense lol. They jumped at my husband, basically pushing him out the door. Will never be back, and do not recommend.

If I could give no stars I would

Refused to let us pump fuel 10mins after closing. (Pumps we’re still on and people where inside eating). This made us have to glide in neutral down the hills with limited stopping capabilities. Don’t bother stopping here.

Very rude and poor customer service! Telling customers with a mask exemption they can pay and GET THE F OUT. Then proceeded to be disrespectful and unprofessional towards a teenager also, get some new management. The place was a horrible excuse for service.

Not a family friendly location. Refused to give a child busting for the toilet the toilet door code because he wasn't purchasing anything... very poor service.
