Awesome service! I was travelling to Albany and on the half way I realised that one of my headlight globe wasn’t working, so when I arrived in town I went in the shop they helped me straight up to replace my globe just charge the part fee. I really appreciated it!

Came in for a simple steering fuild flush but after they had a look they realised I had some other issues that were going to keep the problem I came in to fix going, after a chat they recommended the best course of action. Now I needed this fixed fast and after I got that call I didn't think it would be done for a while. But no they call me up a couple of hours later and I received my car in perfect working order, I will defiently be back as the service and price was unbeatable in albany. Wonderful job guys

I own an Iveco Daily Motorhome with a GVM of just under 4.5 ton. I needed urgent replacements of brake pads, rotors & bearings. It was school holidays + Anzac Day & Dowsetts were very busy. However, Finn & Tania squeezed me in & quoted up front cost + freight of replacement parts. Mac was able to complete the job in one day..not an easy task with dual rear wheel & working off the ground. Very happy with outcome, cost & getting back on the road again to discover WA!

The person answering the phone was very polite and reassuring. Service Advisor Mr Finn Johnson looked at our vehicle straight away. I can assure you he knows what he is talking about on our way within 1/2 hour. We tried to get in 3 other places without any joy.
In this very busy world his kindness has not
gone unnoticed , we had another days traveling.

These guys were fantastic I had no booking and had an urgent problem with my car and they were so helpful and managed fit me in and to fix it for me. I'm so grateful for there service. And if they found another problem they would ring n ask if I wanted them to go ahead a fix it.

I've had reoccurring problems with an engine sensor in my 4wd for about a year and no one I went to could resolve the issue, went to dowsetts and they got it fixed straight away with no issues, great value and great service, now my go to mechanic :)

They Quoted $1100 to fix my air conditioning (the dealer wanted $2300) and sorted my transmission that other mechanics said they could not do. Highly recommended and I will be using them to service my car in the future

Super helpful only needed a simple fix for my plates drove around town for an hour before anyone would help. Would highly recommend
