Emerald Medical Centre Lane Cove

Friendly and professional in all aspect of their services, from the front desk to the doctor I see. This include the nurse and the pathology dept. I'd highly recommend Emerald Medical Centre Lane Cove. A special mention to Dr Carl Wong, whom I've been seeing for over 10 years. He knows you by name and more importantly, your medical history. That makes it very special for me, as a patient; a true family doctor!

My family and I have been seeing Dr Carl Wong and his team for the last ​10+ years. They are amazing and have always provided great service for my whole family including elderly parents and young kids. Dr Wong is professional and always gives his service with a smile. He goes beyond his duties such as home visits for injections and responding to requests even outside of business hours. He is always thorough and gives a well considered and holistic response. I cannot recommend Dr Wong enough!

We have been using this Medical centre for 10 years now. All the doctors are wonderful.

The front desk staff are always so accommodating and greet you with a smile when you walk in.

My main GP is Dr. Mahaliyana she has such a beautiful heart. Her morals and values are on point with mine, she is what a doctor should be. She is honest, based on her principles and most importantly, through her actions she has proven to me time and time again, that she sincerely cares about her patients. I trust her with my health and with my families healthcare.

Dr. Wong is a wonderful, empathic doctor. He listens & fully appreciates your concerns. I found Dr. Wong to be highly informed concerning current health misinformation that gets poorly broadcast upon the community & can cause unnecessary stress if not properly communicated. Had my annual health check appointment this afternoon at Emerald Medical Centre with Dr Wong who is absolutely brilliant. He is thorough and kind. I think it’s the best medical centre in Lane Cove.

Dr Do was thoroughly professional and there was no wait time. Receptionists are friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Dr Carl Wong, my GP for many years and all the staffs are very caring and helpful especially Ms Arthicha from the receptionist.

My baby gets all her checkup and vaccinations at Emerald green. The staff, nurse and doctors are so gentle and caring towards the baby. We are grateful for the excellent care.

Fantastic doctors who take the time to ensure that all your needs are addressed.
Make sure that you make the appropriate appointment for the visit so that the Dr can allocate the necessary time.
I have found that the Dr here are generally very good.

Dr Carl Wong was our family GP and he is an excellent GP with empathy, compassion and genuine care for his patients. He is knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing information. He asks the right questions and ensures as patients we are empowered to assess and monitor our health and wellbeing. Highly recommended family GP.

I have been going to Emerald Medical for years they are consistently professional and very caring. I can't recommend them highly enough.

This is such a handy and convenient medical centre to go to if you live in the area. Easy to book an appointment and reasonable waiting times (last time I was literally seen 30 seconds after checking in!). Plus it bulk bills!
I'm really surprised by all the negative reviews - to be honest I'm suspicious that they are fake as they seem totally over the top and especially when they refer to other medical centres as if trying to divert patients. The descriptions seem totally foreign to what my experiences there have been.
I go to Dr Arian and genuinely find her to be a delightful doctor. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It makes me actually look forward to going to the doctor (though of course I don't want to need to go too often!). I'm new to Lane Cove and super happy to have found this medical centre. I highly recommend.
