I purchased the Chocolaye Oxyway protein powder through the search function on Google. It took me through to the page and it was definitely on the chocolate flavour when I purchased. Somehow the order picked another flavour and they shipped it. Jordan was very rude ans dismissive like oh well what do you expect me to do about it? I now have to return the product at my own cost due to the website error. I would have definitely purchased from there in the future however now I definitely will not be if that is the kind of customer service you receive. You would think to keep a customer happy they would cover the shipping and I would have purchased again the next time however they have now lost a customer in me. Absolutely do not recommend if you appreciate good customer service!

Postage was ok, auspost have delays, my issue was I orders a Batman shaker, got superman. Sure not a huge issue but when you order one item get another it’s frustrating. So I call to get this fixed, I’m assumed the correct one will be send out. That shipment was delayed and to my surprise STILL the WRONG shaker. How on earth can you get it wrong TWICE not to mention superman and Batman are different systems and colours! For that reason that even when you tried to fix you still got it wrong is why you get 1 star for lack of care and attention to detail!

terrible experience, purchased a product on 7 of March, was shipped on 8 of March.Estimated deliver 2-3 days.
8 of march product still in frenchs forrest, nsw, 15 of march product in Chullora NSW( 30 km away), estimated delivery to VIC on 21 March, 2 WEEKS!!! Save yourself a trouble and buy somewhere else

They sell out of date products then want you to pay for return shipping. Make you sure check the details clearly on anything you buy online. I won't be shopping here again
