After leaving Townsville and travelling around the country, I can say this is by far one of the best Fish and chips in Australia, FNQld has the best fish and chips in the country wish out a doubt.

I had lovely grilled Mackerel, it was juicy, soft, flaky and seasoned with herbs (and I guess with butter). Large salad was large indeed, topped with 2 sweet pineapple rings.
I enjoyed my lunch! Thanks guys.
The shop is small but has a wide choice of food, and there's 2 tables outside in case you want to eat in.

Great fish and chips. Biggest sea scallops. Only criticism potato scallops. Potato needs more cooking. But at least home made. One of the better Fish and chip shops.

Best fish bar in Townsville ... Their burgers are so tasty and NOT greasey ... Plus the service is ALWAYS so CHEERY ... Highly recommend 😋
