As first home buyers we had no idea of what the process of buying a house fully entails. After inspecting a property and falling in love we were told we should speak to a broker asap! We stumbled upon AUSURE and walked in to make a booking. We were fortunate enough to be able to meet with Rowena straight away. Rowena explained the whole process from start to finish with us. She is such a happy, bubbly person who was always available to us. No matter what time of day, Rowena answered our calls, emails and texts. Her customer service goes above and beyond and we are so grateful to have had her help us during this stressful process. I can not recommend Rowena high enough. She put so much detail in her work. Kept us up to date with each step of the process and was there to reassure me when I was anxiously waiting for our approval. We will forever be grateful for Rowena, we now get to go home to our own little slice of paradise each night thanks to her determination.

Ausure is the place to go. Nothing but 10 out of 10 service. I worked with the team for my first loan and it was the most stress free experience. The time and detail they spent on explaining things to me was incredible not to mention the level of communication, even out of office hours!

Went into Ausure for finance broking and saw Rowena Dale! Absolutely amazing!! Was very thorough and worked hard to make sure I got everything sorted quickly with a great deal for what I needed!! Absolute legend!!
