Bunnings Echuca

Today I was in Echuca Bunnings I cannot speak highly enough of Gayle in the gardening section, extremely knowledgeable on plants kind caring and funny to mention a few of their talents. I am 80 and have difficulty moving so use a small scooter to move around, Gayle you made my day much easier even If I was only allowed to get 2 plant. I will definitely be back for more in a couple of weeks.

I bought cucumber seedlings and vegetables seeds from here.. reasonable prices.. great service…..

They were very well informed. Not all products were in stock . (Lawn seed type ) $33 generally they are very good.

I can’t say anything but great things about the staff always very helpful! Especially Robbie I have dealt with him quite a few times now and he has absolutely gone above and beyond to help me out he always makes sure I happy when I walk out Bunnings are very lucky to have him on there team

I got an anniversary gift in the Garden Centre of a beautiful Bush and Bonsai Pot, all my cleaning supplies, and a first aid kit and some DIY while I was there. I wouldn't shop anywhere else if they sold steak... and lamb steak... and cans of Mother... what else do you need seriously.
And finally I have a clean bathroom...

All good. Same as most other Bunnings stores.

We experienced the most outstanding customer service from Peter who works in the garden power tools section.
After approaching us then taking the time to explain and demonstrate how the Ryobi Lawn edger works, including it's warranty, we ended up buying it along with a Blower.
Not only was Peter extremely knowledgeable about his products he was friendly and jovial. Team members like Peter are an asset to your business. He deserves to be rewarded.

A few hiccups, but always try hard to sort. Suppliers can throw a spanner in the works but as stated, all Bunnings staff try really hard to sort. Remote based.

What a different experience with friendly staff taking you to the correct isle and offering you some great suggestions as well on their products. This doesn't happen at my local city bunnings. Well done.

Yep, nowhere else has my fave skirting paint brushes, so I grabbed the last 3 on the rack, plus grabbed an extra long handled paint stirrer so I can actually get into a 15lt bucket without getting paint up handle, a 20w bug zapper to see if it can cope w my needs living next to a dairy... & a few bits & pieces. Great staff at the counter, thanks
